Jersey Mike's Subs is a popular restaurant chain with some mixed reviews. While one customer was disappointed with the long wait and placement of online orders, another praised an employee named Jaxon but criticized the manager's behavior. A regular customer expressed disappointment when they couldn't order a mini Philly cheese sub due to size restrictions, impacting their overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant is known for its customizable menu and good customer service, making it a favorite spot for many sub lovers.
