“It was a delivery and I was surprised at how small size chicken teriyaki sub was packed with chicken, mushrooms, and onions on multigrain(not common these days). I’m not a large person, but that made a for a good solid meal for me with their delicious fries. I will go to the restaurant now to try something else on the menu. This place is good value for money.“

“Was very busy today around 1pm. I'm glad I did a mobile order because they had a long line of people waiting to order. Pretty much walked in and then walked out with my sub sandwich. All the employees working here have been nothing but nice, professional and friendly to me.“

“I want to give this location and the staff a shout out. I ordered two subs via the app and apparently some dirtbag decided it was OK to take my order after I paid for it. These guys stepped up, made me a new order in less than five minutes and even refunded me a sub. Appreciate that.“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“

“This is hands down the best Subway location. I enjoy coming here in the mornings and have been venturing out of my comfort zone trying new subs and have several favorites now. All of them are always prepared excellently and they are always fast and fresh. The store is also super clean which is an added perk.“
