“Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The burgers are really good but they have better options like the French fries which are known to be the best, and all the different milkshakes you are able to get all tasting good. The service was also good as they were pretty nice for a fast food chain.“

“Went here after the Glass Animals concert, apparently everyone and their mama had the same idea. The line was long, and I thought that the poor workers were going to blow a gasket, but when we finally got to order, we had the nicest worker ever! She was so sweet and patient. It was also about 1AM, so props on these workers for providing good food and friendly service :)“

“Was very busy today around 1pm. I'm glad I did a mobile order because they had a long line of people waiting to order. Pretty much walked in and then walked out with my sub sandwich. All the employees working here have been nothing but nice, professional and friendly to me.“

“We stopped in to get some burgers. Didn't expect to be assisted by AI, which after it messed up after given one item and gave us our total, a friendly human voice came over the speaker to take over. AI is still learning, but if it messes up, no worries.
The fries were nice and hot, the burgers and fish sandwhiches were tasty, and my vanilla shake was yummy. One thing to note. If you want chicken that's not spicy, only the Bacon Sourdough Clucker. Enjoy!“

“I Got up to the window in the drive through and I wanted to add a sandwich to my order and the manager told me I needed to go back around and get in line again even though there was nobody behind me in line. The cashier felt very uncomfortable having to tell me tha what her manager said. In any other fast food drive through?I have never been told I have to go back around.“

“I want to give this location and the staff a shout out. I ordered two subs via the app and apparently some dirtbag decided it was OK to take my order after I paid for it. These guys stepped up, made me a new order in less than five minutes and even refunded me a sub. Appreciate that.“

“Tubbys is open from 11am to 7pm Monday through friday; and even though there's only one kitchen employee, he always does his best to make customers as happy as he can. Emad, the manager available in the morning hours, is a fun loving, helpful fellow who take the time to get to know his customers. He never takes a day off, and yet is always happy to address everyone with a warm smile. People leaving negative reviews have clearly never worked in a kitchen or gas station. Be kind and understanding towards your fellow man, don't just leave a false, poor review because it makes you feel big.“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“I went to this Papa John’s recently and it was super delicious. The pizza tasted fresh and had a right amount of toppings and sauce. The cheese sticks were probably my favorite part, they were super cheesy and soft, and just really good overall.

The place itself was clean and chill, and the workers were nice and easy to talk to. They got everything right and didn’t make it feel rushed or anything.

Overall I’d give it a 5/5. I’d definitely go back.“

“I ordered a big Mac meal with a chips ahoy frappe and I got my meal alright, but they didn't give me a frappe they gave me a chocolate shake with chips ahoy dust on the top like they thought I wouldn't notice. I'm not even mad, I laughed every time I took a drink on the way home 😂 I don't even like shakes but this is probably the best one I've ever had.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. I thought that was a really cool thing to do and I thank Potbelly. Well done. A thankful customer, Bob G“

“This is hands down the best Subway location. I enjoy coming here in the mornings and have been venturing out of my comfort zone trying new subs and have several favorites now. All of them are always prepared excellently and they are always fast and fresh. The store is also super clean which is an added perk.“
