I just ordered a shake through the drive thru. The man was friendly and the shake was tasty.
I went there on lunch. I rarely eat fast food but I love the occasional roast beef from Arby's. I went to the drive through and it was not moving with one person on line. I waited about 3 minutes and just went inside. There was one person inside waiting for his food. Another wait to get someone to the counter. In the meantime the entire staff is running around in a chaotic flurry. Took about 4 minutes to get my food. One more customer came in and had to wait to order. We commiserated...read full review
