I went there on lunch. I rarely eat fast food but I love the occasional roast beef from Arby's. I went to the drive through and it was not moving with one person on line. I waited about 3 minutes and just went inside. There was one person inside waiting for his food. Another wait to get someone to the counter. In the meantime the entire staff is running around in a chaotic flurry. Took about 4 minutes to get my food. One more customer came in and had to wait to order. We...

I Got up to the window in the drive through and I wanted to add a sandwich to my order and the manager told me I needed to go back around and get in line again even though there was nobody behind me in line. The cashier felt very uncomfortable having to tell me tha what her manager said. In any other fast food drive through?I have never been told I have to go back around.

It’s super refreshing to come into a fast food establishment when the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff was working was absolutely friendly. I hope the franchise owner happens to see this and lets everybody know what a great job they do.
