I frequent this store and found out it is under new management. Jen has taken this location over and was wonderful! She also informed me that this location will soon be remodeled!

When someone places an order online, all the staff member has to do is read it, pull the ingredients, and make the food.
If/when you're out of something, I totally understand. However, YOU must communicate that information. You can't simply substitute an item without asking questions; food substitutions could kill, "literally!"
I ordered Dr. Pepper to drink, they were out of that. They communicated that and alternatives were provided. I got Cherry Pepsi.
