Myra is the best, I had been trying to get ahold of one of the managers for about a week about an order that I paid for online but was never able to receive due to the store closing without warning. He made it right and was able to help me with my order, he was extremely friendly and made my experience so much better, and I would return to this store just to have him make my order. He deserves a raise for his great customer service ??

I’m rating the food a 1 star based on my order was 4 Footlongs all the same I usually end up getting most of all the veggies seeing how they’re free and healthy for you, most of the time when I order my footlong the employee making my sub has a hard time folding and wrapping it up based on the contents of what’s inside. I ordered via app at 8:20pm & I got order confirmation via email which said that pickup time is 8.45pm. I reached the store at 8.44pm only to find out that the store door locked from inside. I could see the staff inside from the glass door, they were cleaning & wrapping up for the day. Upon noticing me one of the staff memebr came up to the door & told me that they are closed for the day ! I showed him order confirmation email & pickup time.
