“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

“First time trying their food and I’ve got to say I’m impressed.
The food at the window looks hot, amazing and fresh, the Mac and Cheese is awesome and the Chicken Alfredo is just as good.
Fried Chicken is some of the best I’ve had and I don’t even like fried chicken that much.
Will DEFINITELY be returning again to try their Wings and Potato Wedges.
Lady who took our order was nice and polite, even gave us information about prices and combo options.

“Your lucky if you receive 4 tiny slivers of anything you add to your subs! Some of the employees are kind and cheerful, but one guy is always grunting and groaning about being there, or when customers walk in. If you dont like your job, quit.“

“I'll start by saying I've never had Taco Bell before moving up here, originally from North Carolina. Oxford is a quite smaller town which leaves few options for fast food. The past 4 times I've gone recently have been great. Management is clearly present. I witnessed one lunch rush where one of the managers Shelly was encouraging and pumping up her crew while working diligently beside them. Some of the nicest and happy looking people to be working at such a stressful food environment. Always happy to make accommodations or modifications. I can hear their clear communication with their crew with orders. I also work in the food industry. Keep at it. It shows to those who care and will keep coming back. Good job guys. Keeping Oxford fed!“

“Stopped by Savvy Sliders in Waterford and everything was delicious! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Vanetta was especially amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. “Saw a video about how good Five Guys burgers so decided to try it out. At first I was hesitant because of the price but you get what you pay for in flavor, juiciness, and customer service. Went with my girlfriend and we decided to share fries and a drink. They gave us two cups to split the fries into and when I forgot about my drink and went up to get it and pay the guy at the register said it was on the house, that really made my day and is making want to come again soon!“
