I was very impressed with the friendly customer service. I called 10 mins before they closed and they took my order with pleasure, you don't find that kind of service anymore. Saved me from making dinner tonight, I was very satisfied, and food was awesome and fresh 😋 thank you! I will be back again and will do my best to refrain from ordering last minute next time hahaha 😄 although you did well accepting my order either way. 🥰 thanks again“

“The owner is so nice, you can tell he really takes pride in his restaurant. All of the staff is great too. And the food... so delicious. Been going to Tubbys since I've been born!“
“The food was delicious and exactly what I've come to expect from Tubbys. My food was made quickly after I ordered it so it was piping hot. Do not pop a fried mushroom in your face when you get to the car, you'll regret it immediately. It was delicious though, so it was kind of worth it.“

“I want to give this location and the staff a shout out. I ordered two subs via the app and apparently some dirtbag decided it was OK to take my order after I paid for it. These guys stepped up, made me a new order in less than five minutes and even refunded me a sub. Appreciate that.“

“I only have a 4 because the toaster was not working. The staff was extra friendly and ready to go as compared to my last visit, and the kind young lady who made my sandwich seemed less stressed than last time. I'm starting to like this store, and still recommend this location to my friends when they come by.“
“I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“

“We ordered for Christmas Eve at the subway in Clarkston Mi! The gal who took our order and made our order was just so nice! The subs were so good and a hit at my party! She had everything ready when we got there and was just super nice! I’m so bad for not remembering her name but she will make a great manager one day soon ! There are nice ppl out there and u can’t go wrong with Subways for parties!“

“Great experience, i was greeted the moment i entered the store with a beautiful smile, the young gentleman was so professional, he noticed i wasn't sure , he gave me the time and offered suggestions . i ended up trying a new suggested sub and this will be my new favorite bacon egg and cheese , the place was clean smelled amazing .“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“
