“Shout out to the workers at subway. Ordered a foot long for my kids to split they cut it in half without me asking, it's the little things. Great customer service. Tipped 10% because they deserved it. Hope they got the full amount pre tax !!!“

“Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.“

“We took the grandkids out to eat at this Subway and had delicious sandwiches! The workers were courteous and patient as we ordered. We are from Toledo but will stop back when we are in the area. Many thanks to Tim Allen for making us feel welcome.“

“We for sure will be coming back to this location, very great service. We appreciated to see Ocean doing a great job training a new hire Jordan, who was doing fantastic! This type of team work and professionalism is great to see. Jordan made a great sub and took my allergy for dairy seriously. The gluten free bread is also amazing.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy free“

“We ordered for Christmas Eve at the subway in Clarkston Mi! The gal who took our order and made our order was just so nice! The subs were so good and a hit at my party! She had everything ready when we got there and was just super nice! I’m so bad for not remembering her name but she will make a great manager one day soon ! There are nice ppl out there and u can’t go wrong with Subways for parties!“
“Thanks for lunch today! and a bigger thanks for going above and beyond for me, when I goofed with my online order. Much appreciated!“
“Best Subway sub I have ever had. Whoever the kid with the glasses and lions hat is made this sub so good, I had to write a review. Usually Subway is what it is, but I was impressed by this sandwhich at this location made by that guy. Picture perfect. To bad I ate it before I decided to write a review“
“The food was delicious and exactly what I've come to expect from Tubbys. My food was made quickly after I ordered it so it was piping hot. Do not pop a fried mushroom in your face when you get to the car, you'll regret it immediately. It was delicious though, so it was kind of worth it.“

“ROBERT is the only reason why I’m giving 5 stars. He noticed another employee was giving half ass customer service and was very nonchalant while I was asking questions (my first time here). During my checkout Robert displayed the highest level of customer service. His colleague with the beard should go find employment elsewhere.“

“I wish Subways were open a little later. I always walk in 30-45 minutes to close and they're mopping the floor and the chairs are stacked and I feel so bad for walking in close to closing. But, they always accommodate me and if my order is highly customized they'll try to charge me for a cheaper option.“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“
