“Probably one of the best subways I’ve been to. The sandwiches were made perfectly, they did not skimp on ingredients! And the staff were smiling, nice and didn’t seem to hate life like at other subways I’ve been to. It was clean and I didn’t have to wait long for my food. This will now be my go to subway.“

“It was a delivery and I was surprised at how small size chicken teriyaki sub was packed with chicken, mushrooms, and onions on multigrain(not common these days). I’m not a large person, but that made a for a good solid meal for me with their delicious fries. I will go to the restaurant now to try something else on the menu. This place is good value for money.“

“They are clearly understaffed right now as I’ve been waiting on food for over an hour. Spoke with an associate who offered to remake food for delivery which I appreciated, but I could also tell they were slammed. I felt for the employee so said just send the food. Understaffing is certainly an issue in this industry and many others, but solutions need to be found for the interim. Business models adapted, etc. I know that’s a corporate thing, but freaky fast is a bad promise in understaffed economies. It sets the tone for standards to be a certain level, and when it’s not met it turns what could’ve been a good experience into something disappointing- because of the implied expectation being sold to the consumer. This isn’t fair to consumers, or employees. The ceo needs to be giving franchisees options for these times, because as it stands they’re setting their employees up for failure daily.“

The staff was extra friendly and ready to go as compared to my last visit, and the kind young lady who made my sandwich seemed less stressed than last time. “I love this Subway. It’s the one young lady working there that makes it the best. I don’t catch her name but she is cute and ever so sweet. Always smiling. I asked her about why and found that she intentionally does this just to add a little sunshine to the world. As Subway subs go, she also makes them better than any other Subway I’ve dinned at and that number could be in the dozens.“
