“I have been going to this location ever since they opened. Their food and their service has always been consistent. Today I made a delivery order. They did not have a driver so they used a 3rd party which is fine. I did not receive my order. I called the location and they remade the order and the manager hand delivered it herself within minutes. It's things like that that keep me a loyal customer. Thanks!!!“

“I stopped at subway today to get a sandwich for me and my son. I was greeted by Aaron as soon as I walked in and he made a perfectly built sub. Not only is the place nicely decorated and professional but Aaron creating our subs is an example of perfect customer hospitality. Would definitely eat here again!“

“We spent our rainy day at Novel for the first visit. What a quaint, cozy, fantastic way to spend the day. The food (sandwich and soup) was wonderful and the book selection was plentiful. Five stars for this gem. We will be back for lunch.“

“My favorite cold sub is the #9 Club Supreme. And in the hot subs, the #15 Meatball and #18 Chicken parm are really good. They do a really great job and the "Mike's Way" with the oil and spices creates a flavor I don't get anywhere else.“
