The employees are great! Really fast and friendly. I get lunch almost every day here. Today the drive thru was stacked. As soon as I walked in to get my online order. The gentleman working the window ran straight to me with my pickup order. Great service!

First off, shout out to the 3 young guys who were working the day I came in. It was my first visit to this location, and my return visit to any Jimmy John's since before the pandemic. Needless to say, these few boys really represented JJ well! They were welcoming, and friendly. Not impatient or rude, like most of the world these days. And the best part- they actually made eye contact and smiled! Employees Nick and Trey- you guys rock!! (Sorry I didn't catch the 3rd guys name)....read full review

Subs were good. They forgot an add-on, paid, item on one the subs. When I called to refund the cost for the add-on the manager requested limited information (nothing overtly identifying) and informed me to call ahead for a replacement sandwich (which is cool). We will call next week for the free sub and see what happenstance, I don’t have much confidence that they will remember the circumstances. Staff that came out to our car to bring our food out was nice and friendly.
