Only because Taco Bell was closed did I happen to see this place. Brought back memories of 40+ years ago of what great subs they had, specifically the Mushroom, Steak & Cheese.Not only was I greeted promptly, with courtesy or politeness but also a smile by a gentleman whom I presumed to be the owner. I've been going to Waterford Tubby's since I was a kid. I didn't know there was one in lake Orion so close to me. Same quality as Waterford location. They're a tad slow but honestly, it's so worth the wait!

Visited this location for the first time last week. Ended up waiting longer than I should of because they lost my ticket, but they really went above and beyond to make up for it. So no complaints there. Because they lost my ticket my subs did look and feel a bit rushed. They also forgot to put pickles on my husband's subs, but both were still tasty.
