Food is usually good here, there's normally a wait though. 5 to 10 minutes average. Today I visited and waited about 10 minutes in line, got to the end where they started putting toppings on and I specifically said no juices, but the gentleman behind the counter to still put juices on my food. I wasn't willing to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook another sandwich so I just took the sandwich and gave it to a co-worker instead. Really glad I wasted my lunch break there today...read full review
I always order online. My pick ups are always ready by the time I arrive. My order is always correct, and the one single time it wasn't it was corrected quickly and I got free cookies!

It's 7:00 o'clock at night. Why is the toppings in back? You guys close at 9. Only person there but took 15 mins for cold subs? And how do we know the subs are made the right way? This place has changed!
