Let me start by saying, until now I haven't had any issues with the food here.Today I received food that was genuinely inedible. Soaking wet sandwiches and given the distance and previous experiences with this store I know it's not delivery's fault. My food must have been sitting out for at least a half an hour to become such absolutely drenched garbage. Unacceptable, borderline health risk of a resturaunt. Won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting.

It's 7:00 o'clock at night. Why is the toppings in back? You guys close at 9. Only person there but took 15 mins for cold subs? And how do we know the subs are made the right way? This place has changed!

I called to see if they were open a few times, no response around 4pm. Then after shopping at the grocery store, went in 3 teens working if you could call it that. They had the cold stuff out of cooler side had it setup on the other side, at 5p they close at 6. I was a little weired out by that i should have just left. But i ordered one sub and it seemed ok. The area by the deli slicer was covered in bread crumbs, is why i wished i never went in there. New owner does not take food saftey seriously obviously because they just switched gloves.

Food is usually good here, there's normally a wait though. 5 to 10 minutes average. Today I visited and waited about 10 minutes in line, got to the end where they started putting toppings on and I specifically said no juices, but the gentleman behind the counter to still put juices on my food. I wasn't willing to wait another 10 minutes for them to cook another sandwich so I just took the sandwich and gave it to a co-worker instead. Really glad I wasted my lunch break there today and paid for food that I can't even eat because I'm allergic to the juices.

My go-to for a quick lunch. They've very rarely gotten my order wrong. Sometimes there's way too much dressing/mayo and it makes the bread soggy but delicious otherwise!
