We had not gone to the Lake Orion KFC for a while. The last couple of times we were there, the service was very good, but the food ... not so much. For some reason we were in the mood for KFC today and took a chance. I'm glad we did. Service was good and the food turned out great! We got the chicken sandwich/chicken nuggets combination. The chicken was fresh and lean and the seasoned fries were hot and tasty.
If I could give less I would. Waited for almost 20 mins for a pot pie that was disgusting and the top was half off of it when I opened the box. Got a side of Mac and cheese and it looks like its a week old.. I was giving them a second chance since I got a pink chicken snacker a month ago. But ill never go here agian. Yuck, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else
They had one person in their drive thru line, at least 3 employees working, they rudely waved us away from inside told us we couldn’t order in there, update upon getting home, they did not include ANY of our sauces. I would have to assume this place is under shitty management and ownership. An embarrassing act by such a renowned and liked food chain.
