I’d give zero if I could. Only 4 pieces of BURNT popcorn chicken in the famous bowl, which was 95% potatoes. Chicken thigh (could have been a wing? Honestly couldn’t tell, it was so burnt) was so small and burnt. Forgot one of our biscuits which we paid for. Never again.

The location is not that great. Their doors are always locked on the week days. Sometimes open on the weekends. Sometimes the people are nice. Just depends on the day and what time you go. Sometimes you get your food hot and fresh other it's cold and stale.

Wish I could do less than one star felt like I interrupted the lady's personal call when I got to the pay window and she carried on her convo while I was there, on top of it my wraps were cold and barely had chicken and mayo in there and I'm talking a flimsy piece of chicken that was rubbery and cold I just spent 28 bucks there to get cold food and watered down pop.. don't waste your money do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Went to the KFC in Lake Orion today and waited for several minutes before my order was taken. I was advised it would be sixteen minutes for biscuits to be made. I decided to wait, because I really wanted the biscuits. Twenty minutes later my order finally came out, it was a small $18 order and I should have checked it. But after waiting twenty minutes already, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that it was correct. Nope! When I got home I found out the order was wrong. I called to complain and to tell them I was going to return to pick up the correct order, I had already waited twenty minutes for. The woman on the phone said she would have to wait til I returned with the wrong order before preparing the correct order, because then I would complain that my food was cold. She then stated that the girl responsible for my order had already left. I told her that I did not really care who took the order or that she had left, I just really wanted what I ordered. She then hung the phone up on me. When I called back the same woman answered. She said it was because I was irritated and wouldnt let her speak (not true) and that she first had to talk to the people there to see if anything could be done about my order. Unbelieveable.Lake Orion KFC needs to do much better than this.

Ordered in the app. Got there 5 minutes after 6pm as that was the time stated for pick up. We waited 20 more minutes for the food, drove straight home which is about 10 minutes away, and I was appalled at what this establishment had given to my family for $70! I complained on the app, as well as, directly to corporate, because nobody was answering phones at the establishment, and the lobby was closed. They refunded half of my money, which I'm not satisfied with, because absolutely all of the food went to the trash! The chicken was so soggy, that the skin was falling off, the fries were half full and hard as a rock, the bucket of chicken had 6 pieces instead of 8, mash tasted of water as well as the gravy. The wrap, I don't even know what to say, the tenders were weird in texture. I will absolutely never spend a dime here ever again! This is not my first bad experience but it will certainly be my last!!!

I had to wait 20 minutes for my pick up order.The lady in line in front of me never had her order taken. The drive thru hardly moved the whole time I was there.Chicken is good but very expensive ,and service is awful. Plan on waiting a long time.
