Everyone was super nice, and helpful and even delivered the food on time with a smile on their face in the harsh horrible Michigan weather! Austin and Brenden were super amazing!!!! A sammich is not just a sandwich, it is not just a meal. Sammich is a term reserved for only the holiest and mightiest of all sandwiches. A sammich is a true work of culinary art; a feast on a bun, if you will. A sammich is not made of the best ingredients; it is made of the *right* ingredients. It needs the right meats, and the right cheese(s), the right sauce, the right veggies, and the right kind of bread. Taking footlong sub bread and throwing every kind of meat and cheese and everything else under the sun or in your kitchen pantry on it does not a sammich make. It is akin to an incohesive mishmosh of colors on an artist's easel. Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are forever. ❤“

“My beef in my shawarma was tougher then I recall but they follow my instructions correctly. They use to not remove items out of their shawarmas which makes it easy to make them but now that give you the option to edit each one that you order. This is a great option for those who don't want or is allergic to certain items on there.“

“I stopped into this Subway location for the first time, and it definitely did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the team behind the counter went above and beyond with their customer service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting my order just right.
I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki on toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, and that classic teriyaki sauce—and wow, they did not skimp on the chicken. Even though it might not have looked overloaded at first glance, it was packed and absolutely delicious. You could taste the quality in every bite.
I made it a combo with chips, and everything came together perfectly for a quick, satisfying meal.
One of the best parts about this location is how close it is to my office—huge bonus points for convenience. It’s safe to say this will be a regular stop for me going forward. Great food, great service, and a great experience overall! 👏“

The owner offer to give me a platter because she notice I was a realtor. After a brief discussion I made a different offer for her location to sponsor the 80 subs for a “Feed The Homeless” event that 248 Jeephers was doing a week later instead. I am happy that the owners accepted my offe. “Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it's been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.“

“I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“

“I have been going to Potbelly for about three years. I started at the one on Crooks near 16 mile and now I go to the one in Rochester Hills. Today is Election Day. I voted and then went to Potbelly for my sandwich and malt. As I paid for my purchase I was offered a Free cookie because I had a, I Voted sticker on my jacket. “Subway has really gone downhill in recent years. And prices have just...crazy!
This particular location was okay, I still don't think you should have somebody in there working by themselves for x amount of hours. The poor kid just did not want to be there and it was obvious. I had a four sub order and he went through the motions of making them and just kind of, blah. The parking in back was kind of creepy! but the parking in front was under construction so; I'm guessing that's why the place was dead. and if I wasn't in a "need them" kind of situation, I probably would have walked out and found a different location. It was just dark and not inviting at all. Idk.
So with that experience; and lack of yumminess, plus ridiculous prices; I don't see myself returning. Sad, because I used to LoVe subway!“

“Unlike other Subways nearby that close at 9 PM, this location stays open till 10 PM, which was very convenient for me. The staffs were efficient and friendly.I was surprised to see they had received some poor reviews on Google because my experience was excellent. Additionally, I appreciate that they don't charge extra for water cups and bags also providing all the utensils without asking for footlong cookies and salads.I'm giving them a five-star rating and highly recommend them!"
