“I've been going to this Penn Station location ever since it first opened. There have been 5 or 6 different managers at this location over the years, but I've always gotten great food and service. Because I'm a "regular" and eat there every week, I go out of my way to get to know the workers and managers. The reason why I keep coming back to this Penn Station? It's because the workers treat me good, and this location is the only one that knows how to make the chicken teriyaki sub "the right way"!“

“I always order through the app and get it delivered and I always get everything right. Today was the first time I got the wrong sandwich. I order the beach club but got something else. I ate it only because I was really hungry and I am at work so I didn't have time to order again or to call and let them know about getting the wrong sandwich. I really like order from here because it is close to my job and is always fast with the delivery. Just a little upset because I was expecting to eat the sandwich I ordered not a different one.
