“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I saw the review about the lady that has the double vasectomy claiming the employees tried fighting her and called her the word with the hard R. I was there while this situation happened, not only did the young lady (I believe her name was Lina?) not say that word, she was also quiet calm and collected until the customer started harassing the entire staff. The customer asked for extra onions, the young lady said I put extra on there and the customer asked for more, the young lady said ok. After cashing out the order the customer than claimed that she felt she was disrespected and that she wanted to talk to a manager about the staffs attitude. I told her to just call corporate and complain because I was next and I wanted to cash out and leave. The customer decided to escalate and call the staff trashy and young kids with no respect. The customer was way out of line, and she started bringing up “the customer is always right” . That’s not true. I own multiple businesses and the customer is not always right, Especially when you start disrespecting staff. Anyways I’ve been here multiple times and Delon (I believe his name, the man in the picture) and the rest of the staff are so dang friendly. Very very fast, and very respectful. It’s a shame that grown women would lie just to try to get a free Sandwhich. JERSEY MIKES ON 12 and mound, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA!!! ❤“

“Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“Stopped in today and was helped by a girl who was working. She was wonderful, had an amazing personality and was just really pleasant. Service was very quick and sub looked great! I was disappointed to learn that this location does not allow credit card tips… every other Subway I have been to does allow them. I read some other reviews that this location apparently doesn’t take coupons either? Not sure about that but if you go just know that you’re probably going to have a wonderful experience if she is working and want to bring a cash tip! :)

“I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

Want my money back 😕 So they got my order completely wrong. I ordered through the app and basically got an entirely different sandwich. It was not toasted, they added coleslaw and the sauce wasn’t even the correct sauce. I don’t know what was going on but I made this order through the app and never had an issue before. I took a Sweet Onion Teriyaki bowl here and made the mistake of taking habanero cheese (I usually take this for subs). I later realized that they can’t melt it again, so I asked them if they can keep some shredded cheese and they have given me without extra charge. The person infront of me was taking some cookies and I could see that the staff were giving recommendations which shows their dedication towards the customers.
