The lamb shawarma was one of the best I have had out side east Desrborn, I can say that because I lived in that area for over 30 years . Clean , fast friendly . Staff , Top Shelf. “Hands down the best Subway in a 10 mile radius. They weren't stingy on use of ingredients like the others in Grosse Pointe and unlike the one on Harper they got the order right first try instead of hallucinating a whole different sandwich even on the remake. Also seem like good eggs behind the counter :D“

Must give high praise to the 3 employees their tonight.
There was orders lined up for door dash plus walk in behind walk in.

The crew still tried their best to get the orders out as fast and accurate as they can. You could see they were a little frustrated (BUT THAT HUMAN, THEY ARE NOT ROBOTS AND CANT CONTROL POOR MANAGEMENT LEAVING THEM UNDERSTAFFED) they still gave good customer service.

My order was done correctly and I just want them to be acknowledged.“

“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! I'm a returning customer.“

“Excellent food and you can’t beat the value. You can get a sandwich and fries for under $13 and they don’t shove the tip screen in your face. Food is excellent every time I order from here. The chicken is flavored well and moist; not dry. If you’re here and that lady is selling cake but a slice it’s excellent. A+“

“Visited twice, once months ago and once today. Wow! What a great sub! Yeah I am not fond of a sub costing $15 like the giant italian does but wow is it worth it! I mean the staff politeness was awesome (including in store safety virus protocols)! Then the sub was over the top again. Freshest bread anywhere, perfect red tomatoes, crisp lettuce, fresh sliced meat, spices...just delicious! Again, the staff here was great! I wish I knew the name of the African American gentleman that greeted me and I think was in charge. I witnessed his door greetings to other customers and he really has that "personal touch" with people. I think I need to eat here at least 1-2 times a week for now on. My wife already told me we need to focus on them vrs the other alternative sub restaurants. I think she is right!“

“I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

“Stopped in today and was helped by a girl who was working. She was wonderful, had an amazing personality and was just really pleasant. Service was very quick and sub looked great! I was disappointed to learn that this location does not allow credit card tips… every other Subway I have been to does allow them. I read some other reviews that this location apparently doesn’t take coupons either? Not sure about that but if you go just know that you’re probably going to have a wonderful experience if she is working and want to bring a cash tip! :)

“Every time I come to this Tubby’s location, and I’ve been to other locations, they get me together!! This location is by far the best in the city. I always order the 2XL steak and cheese with extra Tubby dressing. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT!! Customer service is always good also.“

“I had a really good experience at Subway in Windsor. The staff were friendly and worked quickly, even when it was a bit busy. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh, especially the vegetables. The restaurant itself was clean and well organized, which made it a nice place to eat. “I haven't been to this place in years because I went vegetarian but I randomly got the taste for the Tubby's dressing today (it is a delicious dressing) and chose to give the hot stir fried veggie sub a try. I am both delighted and upset by how much I enjoyed it. xD It reminded me of when I used to get the mushroom, steak, and cheese sub (which I would recommend to the meat eaters). The people working there were also super nice! I will be wanting to return here soon!

Vegetarian options: Under speciality subs they have the veggie sub with mushrooms. I just ordered it (minus green peppers and tomatoes because I can't eat those) and it was delicious ?“

Want my money back 😕 So they got my order completely wrong. I ordered through the app and basically got an entirely different sandwich. It was not toasted, they added coleslaw and the sauce wasn’t even the correct sauce. I don’t know what was going on but I made this order through the app and never had an issue before. Was in a rush so I didn’t check before leaving the store and now I have a sandwich I fundamentally did not order. Do better please.“
