Not Freaky Fast for sure. Waited over 45 minutes for a delivery of 7 sandwiches. No special orders or extras. I called after 30 minutes to check on order and was told it was on the way out the door. If finally arrived 20 minutes later after a 1.9 mile drive from the restaurant to the house. The order was missing 1 sandwich so we called back and were assured that as soon as the driver returned he would bring the sandwich back. We ordered for our family birthday party. I suggested Jimmy John's because at the shop in Woodhaven, MI, it is truly "Freaky Fast" and the sandwichs are very well made. BUT, it is nothing like that at this location. We called 30 minutes after we ordered to check the status of our order and were assured that the driver was leaving right then. It is a 1.9 mile drive.
