“Enthusiasms and labors of love do not always, alas, translate to success. Fortunately, in the case of Sameday, it does! There are no bad beers here. There aren't even any mediocre, fill-in-the-menu beers. I'm not a big lagers fan, but the Someday lagers are well worth the pint, as are the Czech style pilsner. And then there are the IPA's, which are fantastic; and the stouts, a pleasant oatmeal stout or a no holds barred Midnight. The meads are just as excellent. (Except for the Sunday Afternoon, which you don't want to try, because that will leave more for me. Seriously. Try the April First.) No food. No distractions. Just beer (and mead) done very excellently well.”

“It use to be be a favorite restaurant. After the renovations it has changed. I am stating from a top notch restaurant now everything has changed. Quality, wait staff, noise level. Everything was wrong when we went there. I know they have to factor cost and profit and this is what was best. Not for us, won’t be back”

“First time to try Grosse Pointe Woods-CRISPELLI'S Pizza (and a salad) just a few days ago. EVERYTHING was superb! (love the 'peppadew' peppers!) Equally terrific was the 'Mediterranean' Salad with Very Tasty Lemon Oregano dressing! SO nice to find a 'different' dressing and this Lemon Oregano was TRULY special. Everyone on the phone was SO nice!. We will be BACK! THANKS!”

“Recently got a carry out from the Clinton Township location I ordered a bowl. It was very salty which I can only attribute to the rice since it’s chicken based the rest was grilled pork and fresh vegetables. I gave up half way thru just couldn’t handle the salty taste. Maybe they should sample it before serving?”

“I've only bought the Italian sub but I noticed they make pizzas also while you wait. There's an array of salads plus frozen pizza you can pop in the oven. I've had a lot of subs but these are the very best. They make them while you wait.”

“This place is a neighborhood bakery that cares and has a lot of traffic form the community that’s fun to watch as you go in and out from sandwiches to cookies to cakes to pastries to special order, this place goes above and beyond the owners are freaking amazing and truely care out you have kids they treat them as their own and are so kind .. this place is a vibe and if you live in the area or visiting it worth checking out the sandwiches they sell could use a little more meat so ask for double if you order any of the subs they are really good”
