Proof makes absolutely amazing bread and baked goods. The olive focaccia bread and rosemary olive loaf are great sourdough flavor and texture. The cinnamon roll was absolutely delicious, fluffy and gooey icing. Prices are right and quality is great; price is appropriate for value of product. Fresh baked breads, oatmeal cookies and other items are incredible flavor and texture. Service is excellent and Love this place, a favorite stop and highly recommend.
