I got the wrong order by mistake. Called up and said I could be back in an hour. They corrected my sandwiches and were very nice and helpful about the whole situation. Re-made sandwiches were delicious too, thank you!
Great customer service and employees were knowledgeable on all the subs. friendly atmosphere and was helped right away. Shoni made my sub and it was Amazing. Definitely will be back soon!

I mentioned that I would need extra time 'cause I didn't know the menu as it was my first time at Jersey Mike's. [Rafael] highlighted the menu set up, options, sizes and sides, with professionalism and courtesy. The other staff were helpful with alternative suggestions.
