“I waited in line 10 minutes not being acknowledged or order taken. They stood around laughing and joking. After placing my order I stood another 10-15 waiting on my order. Door dash came first and those people weren't present. I inquired how long and got attitude from the cook“

“OMG highly recommend, The food was amazing! The young lady that waited on me and my mom was very knowledgeable making the experience Seamless. Definitely will be a return customer!! If you looking for a healthy option with an amazing taste GO!!!“

“Amazing experience all around! The place was clean, welcoming, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely one of the better spots around—will be coming back and recommending to others!“

“Finally made it back to Spy's after more than a decade. Have very fond memories of the Riverside location. Today I ordered my old usual, Chicken Caesar Pita and a Smoothie (with raspberries not banana). Was very pleased the meal was exactly the same - delicious. Hopefully I will be back soon.“

“Right from the entrance, cheechos had my attention. the decor is modern and welcoming, I walked in and was greeted by not only friendly owners but also great customers. the menu had me drooling trying to decide on what to try, I choose the cheechos original sandwich and I was not disappointed! it was literally a perfect sandwich. i noted to myself that the restaurant was very clean, right down to the baseboards. great job cheechos! I'm a returning customer.“

“My sub was great and fresh I enjoyed it very much and I was greeted by all staff definitely a 10/10 recommendation“

“This place has the best corn beef around!! The sandwiches are huge and u get a lot of food for 15-20. I wish I would have took pics of the sandwiches. Some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be goin back to update this review with pictures and videos!!“

“I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, mostly for breakfast, and it never disappoints. The staff is incredibly friendly, the service is fast once you're seated, and the food is consistently delicious. My only wish is that they had a bigger space to seat more people.“

“Excellent food and you can’t beat the value. You can get a sandwich and fries for under $13 and they don’t shove the tip screen in your face. Food is excellent every time I order from here. The chicken is flavored well and moist; not dry. If you’re here and that lady is selling cake but a slice it’s excellent. A+“

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I saw the review about the lady that has the double vasectomy claiming the employees tried fighting her and called her the word with the hard R. I was there while this situation happened, not only did the young lady (I believe her name was Lina?) not say that word, she was also quiet calm and collected until the customer started harassing the entire staff. The customer asked for extra onions, the young lady said I put extra on there and the customer asked for more, the young lady said ok. After cashing out the order the customer than claimed that she felt she was disrespected and that she wanted to talk to a manager about the staffs attitude. I told her to just call corporate and complain because I was next and I wanted to cash out and leave. The customer decided to escalate and call the staff trashy and young kids with no respect. The customer was way out of line, and she started bringing up “the customer is always right” . That’s not true. I own multiple businesses and the customer is not always right, Especially when you start disrespecting staff. Anyways I’ve been here multiple times and Delon (I believe his name, the man in the picture) and the rest of the staff are so dang friendly. Very very fast, and very respectful. It’s a shame that grown women would lie just to try to get a free Sandwhich. JERSEY MIKES ON 12 and mound, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA!!! ❤“

“Can you go to a lot of different subways this particular subway we’ve been there I think three times now every single time it’s extremely fresh. Everybody’s very nice there probably in the top five all subways

I’ve ever been to.“

“Having a Jersey Mikes downtown is almost like a fever dream, because what do you mean a QSR chain in downtown Detroit finally has good and reliable service and is quick. My colleagues and I have gone twice this week alone and, personally, it's changed the entire game for me going to my office for work. I hope this spot lasts.“

“He was absolutely awesome!! He was the only one here when we showed up. He was super polite and very communicative! I didn’t catch his name but about 10 mins of us being there another gentleman showed up to help him and he was also awesome as well.. he came in and seemed irritated a little bit but that’s very understandable due to the circumstances, did offer to give us a refill on our drinks so that was nice :) . This gentleman in the picture absolutely deserves a raise for how hard he was working!“

“high quality delicious subs, friendly and professional staff. had the chipotle chicken and salsa Verde chicken cheese steak. the chipotle chicken was my fav 🔥🔥“

“Stopped in today and was helped by a girl who was working. She was wonderful, had an amazing personality and was just really pleasant. Service was very quick and sub looked great! I was disappointed to learn that this location does not allow credit card tips… every other Subway I have been to does allow them. I read some other reviews that this location apparently doesn’t take coupons either? Not sure about that but if you go just know that you’re probably going to have a wonderful experience if she is working and want to bring a cash tip! :)

Oh there was music playing, heads up! And tons of parking.“

“I had an excellent experience at Subway today, thanks to Terrance. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect. He took the time to ask about my preferences and offered great suggestions that really enhanced the meal. Terrance worked efficiently, but still made sure to engage with each customer, creating a welcoming atmosphere. His positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit memorable. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. I will definitely be returning, and I hope Terrance is there to serve me again!“

“great service, food and free cookies with our order.“

“Best of The best 💪🏽“

“Went in to get some Broccoli-Cheddar soup for myself and wife. Pretty Lady-Boss said that her soup was the best in Subway town. She was right; went somewhere else close, and hers is the best. I will Only go get my Broccoli-Cheddar from this Subway location.“

“The place was busy as it was lunch time. I ordered 2 large subs. One a chicken and cheddar, the other a mushroom steak and cheese. The staff was friendly and the store very clean. No problems with the subs. However the young lady who was taking the orders and ringing them up, never changed her gloves when she returned to the kitchen to help..“

“Wow the best food ever I recommend this deli it’s amazing!“

“Terry runs an amazing shop. Emily on Sunday was a phenomenal representation. 5 stars This is a great sub restaurant.“

“Iti goes above and beyond to ensure I receive a wonderful experience at this Subway. The food is always made specifically the way I like it! The restaurant is always neat & clean as well. I go out of my way across town just to visit this Subway. I recommend this specific store to all my friends, family, and coworkers!“

“Every time I come to this Tubby’s location, and I’ve been to other locations, they get me together!! This location is by far the best in the city. I always order the 2XL steak and cheese with extra Tubby dressing. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT!! Customer service is always good also.“

“Absolutely love this place!! Nichol and her team are the greatest, I come here 1 to 2 times a week and they all know me by name and order. Very friendly and overall, a nice place to buy food. very clean also.“

“I had a really good experience at Subway in Windsor. The staff were friendly and worked quickly, even when it was a bit busy. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it, and everything tasted fresh, especially the vegetables. The restaurant itself was clean and well organized, which made it a nice place to eat. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want something fast, tasty, and affordable. I would definitely come back again!“

“Super food, amazing service and always spotless x“

“I've always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It's hit and miss how well they're put together depending on who's working... sometimes they're sloppily put together. There's a guy that works there who always nails it! But don't believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It's a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.“

“Very clean store, fast service. Very very happy to see this around me.“

“I just have to give a shout out to the employee that was working the night we came in (I didn't get her name but I remember she had blue colored hair). There was some chaos going on in the front of the gas station while we were just trying to get some food. She was calm, friendly, made my sandwich just how I liked it and offered up fresh cookies. Great service!“

“My sandwiches were prepared by a young gentleman named Omar.
The bread and produce were fresh and prepared with care.
He made my nieces’ sandwiches with patience while they changed their mind multiple times. He was smiling the whole time and made their order perfectly to their desire.
My family enjoyed their small visit to this place and got a whole meal combo to make their day.
Thank you guys for the experience.“

“Kenya is an awesome sub artist her attention and smile makes it easily the best place to get a sub. She is kind and always smiling while she's doing her job. Kenya deserves an award for how she handles situations I've been coming to this subway for years and shes phenomenal with her customer service.“

“Very good service, the cashier Latisha is always very helpful and has a positive attitude and always greets you with a smile and asks how is your day. Out of all the subway locations in the city this one is the best. Great service, Fresh Food and a comfortable Atmosphere to eat.“

“great selection sure to please everyone“

“Update 5-5-26: I went back and they made my sandwich again no problem. They did say next time I need to have the physical sandwich with me… regardless I’m happy they were able to resolve it. And I updated my review to reflect.

Want my money back 😕 So they got my order completely wrong. I ordered through the app and basically got an entirely different sandwich. It was not toasted, they added coleslaw and the sauce wasn’t even the correct sauce. I don’t know what was going on but I made this order through the app and never had an issue before. Was in a rush so I didn’t check before leaving the store and now I have a sandwich I fundamentally did not order. Do better please.“

“The employee that took care of me was awesome..I think she was the only person working in the facility..solo on shift. She was kind and cortius beyond belief, very personable like we were family...what a sweetheart..looking forward to our next encounter..“

“I thoroughly love the subway. The bread is always fresh. The lady that always works. There is always there with a smile and my sub is always on point. I suggest this location on Howard, which seems to be idea if you want a quick sandwich that’s fresh!!“

“We like a lot to go out. Last night we arrived in this magnificent place which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with exceptional cooking and a nice team and an impressive cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will surely come back very soon. Highly recommended.“

“I came in today on my lunch break I was in a great mood until the sandwich maker got offended because I politely asked her could she wash her hands and put on a new pair of gloves she then asked me if I waa okay I tols her that I i was fine she told me that it didn't seem like it she told me my energy was off I want be going back there for a very long time. when I first started coming there the service and customer service was excellent“

“I went to this Subway in the afternoon. The store was pretty busy yet the server, Jaivik, took really great care of everything! He was fast, empathetic and really accurate with what I wanted! I like to see when people are so good at their job!“

“This subway is inside the gas station on the south east corner of Davison and Mound. There are a few parking spaces in front and the lot was busy when I pulled in at 5:45pm to pick up my online order that was to be ready at 5:35pm. My salad was ready but the girl who was working solo, had to open a bag of broccoli cheddar soup and pour it into the warmer. Needless to say I had to heat my soup when I got to work 10 mins later. The soup container wasn't completely closed, so half of it spilled into the bag. My salad was not properly prepared as the picture shows. Maybe this is how they do them now, it's my first time ever getting a salad from Subway like this. Everything was fresh but the turkey and cheese were not sliced. I did get a fork for my salad but no spoon for the soup and not one napkin. I've ordered online from here before but never received my food like this.“

“I come into the subway on mack ave and Rosalyn everyday. I order the daily special or the subway favorites. Affordable and fast. They always make my sandwich with care and it's never sloppy. Would recommend. I am currently on a diet and can manage my calories with ease.“
