“Best steak sub/sammich ive had in a Loooong time. Easily rivals the best ive had from a Maryland philly steak place. So good I actually missed it 20 mins after I devoured it. "A sammich is a type of sandwich. However, it is not just any kind of sandwich. Any old schmuck can throw lunchmeat between two slices of bread and have a sandwich. But no. A sammich is not just a sandwich, it is not just a meal. Sammich is a term reserved for only the holiest and mightiest of all sandwiches. A sammich is a true work of culinary art; a feast on a bun, if you will. A sammich is not made of the best ingredients; it is made of the *right* ingredients. It needs the right meats, and the right cheese(s), the right sauce, the right veggies, and the right kind of bread. Taking footlong sub bread and throwing every kind of meat and cheese and everything else under the sun or in your kitchen pantry on it does not a sammich make. It is akin to an incohesive mishmosh of colors on an artist's easel. Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are forever. ❤“

They made a minor mistake on my order, I called to ask if they could just refund me for the missing item, they insisted on delivering it to me free of charge. “I called ahead before ordering for the first time to ask if they had halal food what followed is a wonderful conversation with their employee funny enough who was also named Ali Ive never had a such a wonderful interaction with a restaurant before and I very quickly learned why they have been in business for so long like I said in the phone call Inshallah you guys will be open for another 25 years!

“I will be honest, I didn't get to try the food as it was cash only. However, the man running the place was willing to just let me have the sandwich and pay him back layer and if I hadn't been from out of town and unsure when I'd ever be able to, I would have taken him up on the offer!
