We ordered protein pockets. The manager rudely told us they weren't customizable. My husband asked if he could buy some peppers to put on it and the manager refused. I understand there are rules, but there is no reason to be rude to a customer or to refuse to sell condiments.
I generally have a good experience when I’m able to go in, but the last two times I’ve tried to walk in the door was locked and it was only 7:30 and 7:50 respectively. A bummer that people who choose, or have to, walk or ride a bike won’t be served unless they try going through the drive thru. Please consider advertising walk-in hours and drive thru hours to avoid the frustration.
I order at this location often. The food has always been consistent and the staff has always been kind.

This Subway location is praised for its freshness, great job by the staff, and speedy service. Sandwiches are made neatly with the perfect amount of ingredients. The workers are pleasant, calm, and patient, even during busy lunch hours. While some customers have experienced issues with the system being down in the evening, overall, this location is considered one of the best Subway's around.
