I had an awful experience with the drive through cashier. She was very abrupt and rude when I asked her to identify which sandwich was different from the other, as they were not marked. The cashier told me she didn't know how I was supposed to figure it out and that I should just open them. I tried to explain that one sandwich was not mine and I didn't want to open it. She said have a good day and walked away from the window before I could even finish talking. It was a terrible experience for no reason at all. 1/10 only because the sandwich was prepared correctly.

Lord forbid you ask if the bread is soft.. clearly that question ruffles feathers....I ran into a unprofessional employee (3 actually) whom seem like she hate her job and hate servicing people.. its impossible to reach the store owner online and when you ask the employees they direct you to the website.. the store owner should be aware of this type of service.. because the only attitude you should receive as a customer is the same one they had during the interview for the positionSincerelyDisturbed

The Store Manager has a nasty attitude I was trying to explain to her last time I came how one of her employees was treating me so no I don't want her making my food ..putting her nasty energy in my food..but she basically disregarded me and the employee continue to laugh like it was funny and I just will never go there again it's just disgusting ,, the food looked left over from the night or two before l want respect when i spend my money .tje young girl wouldn't take my order because i didnt order online.and was on the phone just rude and nasty I asked the store manager she disrespect and disregarded mt efforts got aggressive aggressive with hert one..told someone else to do it the lady she said she only get the cheese off the top and the cheese..I don't want wet used.looking food so therefore I will never go to the store because they have no respect for the people or the customers I didn't want were cheese ..I am a Earth Angel .Black women shouldn't bring the negative impact in the environment ? know better do better..I'm a Earth Angel..

Visited this location today with my boyfriend. As someone who has worked at subway previously I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how well our sandwiches were made. They were neat and had the perfect amount of ingredients. Great job and speedy service.

Very young rude black girl working. I did absolutely nothing wrong and she gave me an attitude. I walked in and waited for over 7 minutes for her just to come to the counter. Terrible service and rude staff. The sandwich I got today was 90% bread, after waiting for 20 minutes. Place is never clean, I imagine it is a staffing issue but truthfully there is no excuse. 0/10 would recommend almost any other food location. McDonald's does a more consistent job than this place.

The workers were awesome!! 3 hustling during the lunch crowd and full drive thru. Pleasant, calm and very patient. Food was ok, they changed up a few of my fave things, but still good!!!
