“We had Regina’s at our backyard wedding this past weekend and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They were incredibly easy to work with, organized, timely, and professional while providing delicious food! Our guest raved about their tacos and served food very quickly. We would love to have them at other functions and will seek them out wherever their truck is at. Truly couldn’t recommend Regina’s food truck enough!”

“My biggest complaint about this place is that I cannot come here enough--I'd come here every day if I could. Now that I got my complaint out of the way, here are the good things: (1) Excellent service, (2) No fakeness--this goes to the owner and all the staff, (3) Very chill vibes here. “I love this place and the people who took care of us. We had a party of ten and everything was very good. What stood out to me the most was how out of the way the employees went for us. I ordered something to go also and paid for it and forgot about it and left in a hurry because I had the tickets for an event we were attending on the next block. I didn't get his name but a nice man actually came to the event to find the person who forgot their takeout order. The server remembered me saying we were going there next. He went back and got my takeout and brought it back to me. You just don't find as many people that nice who cares as much these days.”

“Ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and the quality was very good. But it wasnt spicy at all. My only issues were the brown rice that came with it was too small of a small portion and I needed more to go with the main dish. Extra rice was 6 bucks for another small bowl. I asked if they had Sriracha and they brought a small mini plate of it. I looked over the bill and they charged $1 for the Sriracha. Asked for a lil extra ginger and they added $2 for that. The server said there would be an extra charge for rice, but didnt mention anything extra for the ginger and Sriracha. I don't like being nickled and dimed for things that should be included, especially a sauce. Server was attentive and did a great job.”

“we didn't even get served or get any food. they refused to serve us. it took near 10 minutes for some woman to even come over and bring us to a table. after that we watched as their servers sat at the bar, and helped every one of the maybe 6 tables in the entire place that were occupied except us. they clearly have some problem with gay people as they had no issues helping any of the other guests. i watched the servers acknowledge us and just go help the other tables. we have previously had uncomfortable experiences every single time we have been there where the male servers say things under their breath until they get so irritated with us that the female hostesses have to complete our service. i truly am astonished that someone who runs a small business/restaurant would be treating people who want to eat there like that. every employee in the establishment behaved as if we made them visibly uncomfortable so maybe consider going somewhere else if you're looking for dinner. Finally, the service was already bad to begin with on top of their utter and complete refusal to serve us this last time that we tried going. I would suggest giving your money to a restaurant that isn't fully run and owned by losers who clearly don't want money!”

“This is a hidden gem in Ferndale, MI. The staff was great and the food was good with generous portions. The beer selection was amazing. I was a first time visitor on August 21, 2025. I signed up for the rewards program and received $10.95 off my bill. I will definitely visit this restaurant over and over again.”

“I hosted my daughter’s first birthday party at Detroit Fleat and I don’t think we could have had a better experience. The venue is fun and colorful and has a great outdoor area. It was perfect for a birthday party and didn’t need to be dressed up too much (or at all). We had two food trucks (Gambino Pizza Truck and Kona Ice) that fit in perfectly outside. We also ordered vegan desserts from Mother Handsome that were amazing and samosa from Royal Indian. We had a pinata, bounce house and a henna artist. The owner, Katie was easy to work with and Olivia and the rest of the staff was also great! Very responsive and helpful. The outdoor area is great for kids (and dogs) and the venue has some of its own toys for the children to play with. Everyone had a blast and I cannot recommend Detroit Fleat enough for any event!”

“I finally got the chance to try Tall Trees thanks to their newer extended hours! I was greeted by Tori who was super kind and helpful - they even had great recommendations for me and were able to answer all the questions I had about the menu. As someone who is plant based I loved that there were options for me! I tried the Later Tater which was scrumptious and flavorful with every bite! I also had to try all of the sides including the Red Pepper Cashew Pasta Salad (loved it with the olive tapenade on top - nice touch), Gigante Beans (herby dill deliciousness) and the star of the show was truly the BBQ Potato Salad! I’m hoping in the future there are even more options for sandwiches on the menu for plant based eaters!”

“My boyfriend saw this place on Instagram and we immediately had to try and OMG. He’s lived in Scottsdale the past ~7 years of his life where they have fantastic Mexican food and he thought this was right on par. I have been dying for good tacos in the area and this is itttttt. The quesa birria was fantastic and the consommé was drinkable, the shrimp was juicy and flavorful, and the carne asada was tender juicy flavorful ugh I’m so happy! Chips were crispy and hot, pico and queso were delicious. I also had the rice and beans which I really enjoyed! This is definitely our new spot and I have a feeling they’re going to blow up here soon!”

I only wish they were open later for night owls like myself, but they're worth getting up earlier for. Go for the entrees, but don't forget to grab dessert there, too! The Coconut Cream Cake that was on special the day I'm writing this might be the best piece of cake I've ever had.”

The food is always cooked fresh and you can watch them cook it. It’s really fast I like to order when I get there because it only takes a real 5 mins. And I add a Thai tea for the spice. Ima medium + spice kinda guy. If you want to go crazy add mushrooms.”
