“Had my wedding at Public House and I could not have asked for a better day. Taylor and her team were incredibly organized, attentive, and accommodating to all our needs. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt so supported throughout the entire planning process. Full transparency never been to the actual location but have ordered direct and purchased from vendor. The customer service I received from this vendor was awesome.

Meads I've tried are heather, leatherwood, heart of darkness (cherry/currant).

Someone else mention dansk mjod. Yes, I would say get that if this is not feasible with the cost. Both are awesome and I drink them both for different occasions. They aren't the same shelf.

This for me is special occasion (Beltane, Lughnasagh, etc). It is absolutely gorgeous. All meads I have tried are layered, so deeply honey driven, and loaded with fruits for the melomel.

If you want to taste the season, and be grateful for what the plants and insects combined with human effort can make, taste a narrative. Drink home made mead if you can make it or get it from a loved one, share it, or for my situation I have to buy it. I do recommend this meadery, and yes it is expensive.

Edit I did visit and left with a bottle of their cyser. I went for a flight and it was great - the service was friendly and welcoming and I also got a book to help me learn more. Not cheap, but extremely high quality.“

“I am a huge oyster person and I had to come and try. We came on a sunny fall day and ate on the cute patio. We got the tower for 2 and the fall salad and some drinks. It's definitely a place for drinks and small bites because we ordered a tower, half dozen oysters, the scallops and a couple drinks and I wasn't satisfied. But the flavors were so good I really liked their Mignonette and sauces. I love how they had mocktails. The service was great and fast as well. I would definitely come back.“

“Typical Greek diner in the Detroit area. Economically feasible and usually Hardy portions as this was this trip.

Dining options tend to be all the same at Greek diners in the Metro Detroit area. It is truly all about presentation and quality when it comes to restaurants like this.

We both ended up with c three meat omelette with hash browns and toast for dinner, which was awesome! That being said there was little to no standout flavors with the omelette and of course hash browns are hash browns. My dining partner did requested the hash browns be well done but they actually weren't. The server was attentive and friendly and kind.“

“Very popular restaurant and bar. We came on the weekend this time for brunch. Large menu with omelets, benedicts, french toasts. Regular menu has wings,sandwiches and ? .We got the wings and they(3)were large full and sticky. Our omelettes were good with plenty inside. The French toast too. My friend thought their benedict not their best and probably wouldn't get it again. Ask about gluten free or vegan. Betty get GF bread or bun please.

It was busy and the crowd was watching the game so it was fun. Tony U was our server and was on it. ?

“Stopped in for breakfast- The service is top notch! Friendly, attentive…Our breakfasts were good- The corned beef hash wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and wasn’t my favorite- I should have asked- I thought it would be an in house hash but this tasted like can CBH- Yummy pancake option instead of toast- in future husband would need to ask for his hash browns to be a bit more crisp-

We will definitely be back to try lunch options“

“You’ll always be happy with Papa’s. A mix between comfort American food and Coney Island. Great wraps, Pitas, Gyros, Salads and desserts. Their i house made KoolAid is amazing. Love their cookies n cream shake for dessert. I can say, we’ve never had a disappointing or wrong order from Papas.“

“Just left and wanted to write a review ASAP! Took my guy here for his birthday. We went to the bingo brunch. Even though there weren’t many people there at 10 am the bingo host played the game and awesome music in between each number being called. We each won bingo and got some fun prizes - shirts and games. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for playing games. The hostess was very welcoming. Our server was sweet and attentive and the food and drink were fantastic! What a gem! Can’t wait to come back!“

“Discovered Omega about 3 months ago and have been there at least 5 times now. Really great food (excellent burgers and omelets). The staff is super friendly and very attentive. Prices are reasonable. Love sitting at Omega's outside tables in nice weather. Thanks to the team at Omega for creating a really nice place to grab a bite.“

We both have dietary restrictions, so the abundance of gluten free and vegan options was a major plus.

Fries were a bit stringy (not enough substance for me), but were seasoned nicely.

Black bean slider was awesome and the perfect size!

Prices were also amazing! $5 sliders, $6 for a very full Michigan Cherry salad (that was dinner for the evening)...

“I very upset with Honey Baked Ham. I was at the Ferndale location Friday June 7th 2024. I purchase Ham by the pound and smoked turkey. I open them up to feed the family and the ham was burned in the middle and the slices were dry. The Honey Baked Ham will never this messed up. There were only end piece in my pkgs. The Quality of your produce is terrible now. But the pricing is so expensive. Please Stop putting burn dry and hard pieces of your produce in those pkgs. It's a shame when there is No One to check the checker. Thank You

“I ordered a original Corned Beef sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, but they didn't toast the bread like I asked. It was soggy, so I just ate the inside. They always get it right when I order thru GrubHub, but who wants to pay $40 for a sandwich!“
