“I had a chicken salad and it had a large amount of chicken in the salad. My choice of what I wanted in the salad and dressing. The family members that work there are really nice people. If you eat bacon, try the crispy bacon and egg breakfast sandwich.“

“Used to go here all the time since b4 covid...then they brought back community seating for the big dinners and now won't go back. Don't need to spend all that money to sit and stare at people I don't know at my table. Food is always good. Quit trying to maximize profit and just use tables like u did b4. Thanx for your “

“Everything I've ever had there was excellent. A few things that stand out are the homemade soups, the potato pancakes, and they've got the best Reuben on the entire planet. The place is always clean, the service is excellent, the prices reasonable, and everyone there from the owner to the employees are really nice people.“

“I've always had a good time here the handful of times that I've been. Bartenders are always great and the vibe was chill with an array of different characters. Very easy to lay low and keep to yourself but also any time that I've mingled with other patrons they've always been pretty cool. Nice big parking lot right off the service drive, which comes in handy if you don't feel like doing downtown Ferndale. Perfect walkable neighborhood joint if you live near 75 and 9 mile. I've never experienced it being too crowded and there's a solid pool table in the back. Also did my first karoake there and had a blast.“

“Went to FrameBar yesterday for the BirriaBar pop-up with chef Eddie Vargas. Food was excellent and a great value for the amount of food at the price point. I loved that the chef was making the rounds in the dining room to ensure every customer was satisfied. The birria platter and quesabirria were both great, as well as the salsas, queso, and aguacates. Lastly, the bar had good Mexican-inspired drink options, with the smoked Oaxacan old fashioned being my favorite for both taste and presentation. Great work all around.“

“We finally got to dine at Mabel Gray's and it was phenomenal! The staff was great. We did the tasting menu. 8 prefectly timed courses. The cocktails were creative and yummy. The food, let me tell you about the food. Warm and cold oysters, fantastic. 2nd course was a cross between a cevieche (sorry if spelt wrong) and sushi. Yummy!! Wing, the best sauce I have ever had. The show stopper for me was the clam chowder. Fresh buttery goodness. I could eat that all day every day. Deep fried sweet potatoes. That made you realize you have been doing sweet potatoes all wrong. Duck dumplings that make you want more. I am too stuffed to type anymore. Go get your Mabel on. You won't regret it!“
