“Is definitely one of them more considerate dispensaries calling to confirm and also I have a medical card which she also took him to consideration for my total. I recently broke my peace so I was looking for a place I had it all. Dispo was quick and suggested options for my purchase. I haven't ordered alot from here but it's my go to from now on“

“Stopped here on a little suburban bar crawl, it hit the spot for a cute lil dive. Definitely a regulars place but we were welcomed with a smile. Lisa is a real gem! Seems like they have bar snacks you can order. Great conversation and drinks. :) We will definitely be back!“

“I've always had a good time here the handful of times that I've been. Bartenders are always great and the vibe was chill with an array of different characters. Very easy to lay low and keep to yourself but also any time that I've mingled with other patrons they've always been pretty cool. Nice big parking lot right off the service drive, which comes in handy if you don't feel like doing downtown Ferndale. Perfect walkable neighborhood joint if you live near 75 and 9 mile. I've never experienced it being too crowded and there's a solid pool table in the back. Also did my first karoake there and had a blast.“

“Went to FrameBar yesterday for the BirriaBar pop-up with chef Eddie Vargas. Food was excellent and a great value for the amount of food at the price point. I loved that the chef was making the rounds in the dining room to ensure every customer was satisfied. The birria platter and quesabirria were both great, as well as the salsas, queso, and aguacates. Lastly, the bar had good Mexican-inspired drink options, with the smoked Oaxacan old fashioned being my favorite for both taste and presentation. Great work all around.“

“We dined here for the first time this week and had an incredible experience. The ambience and quality of service really stood out to us. The build out of the space is also beautiful. The food was some of the best we’ve had in Detroit. We especially recommend the chips and side salsas, tlayuda, tetela, and enchiladas! We will definitely be returning.“

“We went on Wednesday, All Night Happy Hour, where the drinks are $8. The bartender was really nice, funny and provided good service. This is such a chill place to hangout with friends to talk, laugh, play games and have some drinks. I want to go back when they have live music. Highly recommend!“

“went yesterday for lunch. $7 happy hour. they had either gin or vodka for $7 so i got gin ???? and loved it too ? my bartender, who was literally a dream. amazing customer service… she made me a gin with a lavender lemonade or something like that and it was very good. It wasn’t super sweet and i could definitely taste the difference between the gin and tequila which is what i normally drink. The wings didn’t have a lot of flavor but the ranch was good and they kept their temperature for a very long time. I went back and forth either the whitefish pate and the wings and they never got cold. That’s major points in my book. They have a very seafood heavy menu. I would love to come back and try some more stuff.“

“Never missed a St. Patty's Day Celebration yet. Going on 20 years. On the Historic Registry. Live music on the weekends. Friendly people all around. Every now and then, you'll see the original owner Nancy having a drink with old friends. Great history, great city and sports.
Parking: Now owned by Steven's Family and doing a great job.“

“Detroit keeps surprising me. In every corner is a #DetroitFriendly neighborhood restaurant owner with a special place filled with an old soul serving a neighborhood. Stadt Garten is one of our #ThirdPlace gems.
If you're looking to dial things down a bit, step in, order a snack, ask for a wine recommendation, and relax with a friend or alone. You will leave refreshed.“
“10/10 would recommend this place to anyone“
“I love the vibe created here. Last time I came was during Movement and it was so packed everyone was standing outside, which wasn’t for me. But I’m glad to have visited again so soon. I would definitely recommend getting a sorrel drink while you are there. They also have a great selection of wines most time. I always enjoy catching a DJ set while I’m there. I’m gonna bring my vinyls next time to see if I can sneak on for a 30 minute set.“

“My son and I stopped for a beer last Saturday afternoon. We were the only people there. Mary sat with us and gave us a detailed history of the place—which I’m sure she’s done hundreds of times. She is so nice. Loved the place. Stroh’s beer are very inexpensive, too. No food but Mary recommended another bar for lunch in nearby Hamtramck, which turned out to be a great place. There are a few parking spots behind the bar, otherwise it’s street parking.“

“It was our first time here, and we were not disappointed. The whole aesthetic was great, and all the posters, wall hangings, and art were awesome. It shows they've put on a lot of shows as they have a whole system down so we could get in quickly. The staff was very friendly and made great jack & cokes. I was also very pleased we had inadvertently discovered another pro-woman, pro-LGTBQ+ business. We had an excellent time, and we will be back“

“Very popular restaurant and bar. We came on the weekend this time for brunch. Large menu with omelets, benedicts, french toasts. Regular menu has wings, sandwiches and ? .We got the wings and they(3)were large full and sticky. Our omelettes were good with plenty inside. The French toast too. My friend thought their benedict not their best and probably wouldn't get it again. Ask about gluten free or vegan. Betty get GF bread or bun please.
It was busy and the crowd was watching the game so it was fun. Tony U was our server and was on it. ?
Cocktails were pricey to me considering the size
Parking: Free on Sunday and need ferndale parking app otherwise“

“To start off, I didn't try any of the food or drinks so I can't comment on that aspect.
Having visited my share of arcades, I found the Detroit location of Barcade, when looking for a new place to check out, which would be somewhat close to home.
I visited on a friday around 12:30, shortly after they opened and I was surprised to see how quiet it was. The bartender (who was very cordial, and professional), advised that friday tends to be a bit dead, and the summer months only add to that as people want to spend time outside more, which makes sense.
Barcade employs a coin-op model, with proprietary tokens, each equaling .25. The space can be described as both cramped and well-utilized, with there being a good deal of arcade, and pinball games, with the majority being the former. With the average cost of the arcade games being 2 tokens compared to 3 for the pinball, I would say the prices were pretty fair and you would be surprised how far you can stretch $20 worth for instance, even with less than optimal play.
The atmosphere was that of a dive bar with stickers, and quirky messages strewn around the walls, whereas the machine themselves were pretty clean and except for a couple games that were down, well maintained and well-looked after.
In terms of the variety, they had a decent mix of 80's-90's arcade games, shooting, racing, fighting and of course pinball. The pinball games featured were fairly standard, except for a couple (Alice Cooper and Pulp Fiction), while there were a couple arcades games you just don't see anymore (Nintendo Play10 cabinet, Point Blank, and my personal favorite, the Namco Quick & Crash Shooting gallery game).
All in all, this is a neat place to spend a few hours and a welcome addition to the Midtown neighborhood“

“The vegan tacos were absolutely delicious! I also got a tasty margarita and a second helping of guacamole.
I used to come all the time prior to going vegan, and jt has been a few years. They have really added and expanded their plant based offerings. You can tell the person making the menu enjoys plant based food because each one was unique and delicious.“

“Hands down, my absolute FAVORITE BAR in the Detroit Metro area. August the bartender is one of the coolest people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting and knows how to pour a damn good drink. Be sure to ask August for a shot of Fernet and he'll tell you "It's like 1000 fairies dancing on your tongue!".“
