“This is by far my favorite pizza place! Not only is Green Lantern my favorite pizza company, but this is BY FAR the best Green Lantern location. I have never had a bad experience with Green Lantern and never received food from this location that didn’t more than exceed my expectations. My go to is a round double pepperoni pizza with a toasted sub. Their subs are so good too; they have coleslaw on them which you would think wouldn’t work on a sub but they’re absolutely delicious. They even give you a pickle and a couple peppers with the sub. I get take out a lot but I love to dine in here once in a while. The atmosphere is great, pretty chill and relaxing. You even get free popcorn to snack on while you wait for your food and sip on a nice beer, a yummy cocktail, or even a good old glass of pop. They have the very best pepperonis ever!!! They get all toasty and crispy, they’re so good!!! Green Lantern truly is the king of pepperoni!!! To Green Lantern: You guys are the best! Keep doing what you’re doing!!!“

“Made Friday night reservations 2 weeks ahead for a table (you can sit at the bar too with reservations). Free parking literally right in front was a huge win for a busy evening. We were on time and waited just a few minutes, which actually worked out because the open kitchen smells and those flames totally pulled us in. Super warm, cozy vibe and the space looks just as good inside as it does from the outside. Once we sat down in the cozy chair/table setup, we kicked things off with drinks and ordered apps and mains all at once. Everything came out fast and hot. The mussels, beef tartare, and tuna tartare were all flavorful, and just really well done. The only letdown was the Pollo that looked great but really needed more seasoning (& onions lol) to match the rest of the menu. Service was friendly & fantastic. Overall, it was an awesome family night out and a spot we’d happily come back to. 5/5.“

Exactly as its reputation suggests - a local, family run pub with cheap drinks, friendly service and tons of character & history. Apparently they have some homemade (literally) food 1 or 2 days a week that sounded like a great bargain. During my visit a local came in with some fresh pies and I was offered a slice. A must visit for sure.“

“I eaten at Hazel's several times. Each time sitting at the bar. Heather is an awesome bartender. I found that the kitchen can be spotty but the service has always been on point. The happy hour menu, available 3-6 Tuesday through Sunday, is a great deal.“

“There's a thing about eastern market. It's alive during the day during market hours and then, it gets quiet. Pocket change was exactly what we were looking for to keep the vibes going! Just on the outskirts of downtown in eastern market. This little high end dive bar keeps dancing. Weekend DJ's and one of the only rooftop bars in the area. The incredible ambiance on the second floor feels like a hidden oasis of what seems to be the biggest spin and twirl of eastern market. I went with a few friends to celebrate a birthday to only feel like we were dancing the night away with the locals of the community. Great cocktails, incredible bar staff.. just ask for a spagett, and you'll feel like one of the locals!

They throw pop ups with surrounding vendors and if you need a late night snack the down stairs has some inedible tasty bites.“

“My Sister & Brother-In-Law hosted my Godson's Baptismal Luncheon at The Polka Dot. IT WAS PERFECT! The food was AMAZING. The kids loved the Original Nintendo System. The adults loved gathering around the bar. This venue will definitely be considered for all future family events.“
