“Food was good and service was acceptable (nothing special) but you had a group of 5 guys leave your restaurant last night somewhat bewildered after your waitress Katarina made it quite clear she was not happy with the 20% tip we gave her. Apparently, our stay of about 3 hours eating and drinking was excessive. We may not be back.“

“Was my first time in Churchill’s yesterday, 03/28. Had no idea what to expect, never understood the purpose of the cigar. With that being said, I cannot wait to go back. Our waiter was great, the old fashioned was amazing and that cigar…now I get it!! So relaxing, great atmosphere and with a great tour guide who was also celebrating his birthday. That’s where he wanted to go, I’m sure glad he did!!! Highly recommend!“

“The old locker room is where I met my husband of 35 years now, but the new locker has a great vibe as well. Food is Awesome, staff are friendly and helpful and the music brings a vibe that makes you happy and want to party. Let’s just say I love the Locker room. Ask for Lacey she’s the best waitress.“

Came here on a Monday (when they'd opened specifically for an LFC match) and was blown away by the hospitality - Irish coffees and HT pizza anyone? - and the kindness shown to me by Jet (hope I've spelled tha right) who was running the place and assorted legends partaking in the match / beer / whisky. They even gave me a Detroit LFC supporters scarf which I'll be sure to take to Anfield when I next go. Super fun and lovely people - thank you!“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. “We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal! They were right there with refills, smiles, jokes and anything you needed. They made the experience so wonderful!!! “My girlfriend and meself stopped in randomly after the Eastern Market and had one of the best meals and experience we’ve had while visiting Detroit. The Tokyo muscles were the best muscles I’ve ever had. We had a classic Bloody Mary and their hot sauce really brought some heat! We got the Carmel cookie coffee as well and that was swell as well. The environment and staff especially made the experience even better. We had Rhonda as a server and she was very pleasant and helped give us recommendations that turned out to be very tasty. Overall we were glad we chose to eat at Vivio’s and will definitely be back next time we wander to Detroit.“

“Cjs Pub is a fun local sports bar. The menu is reasonably priced with many sliders, loaded hotdogs, and other items. Bartenders Toni and Jesse are friendly and enthusiastic and help the atmosphere. There is an arcade and the pub has entertainment on different nights, trivia Monday and Wednesday, dj Friday and now Karaoke on Saturday.“

“Excellent place to catch a big game. Went there for World Series game 7 and I was concerned they weren't going to have sound for the game. They did! Food is always good here and they pours are satisfactory. Servers and bartenders are mostly nice and attentive. Solid place that we frequent on a regular basis. Well run establishment.“

“The Hideout shocked me, i drove by for many years and figured it was a hole/little bar. When I walked in the interior was very nice. So the business end of the review, i had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was so darn good I was shocked. I came back the following night it was so good hoping they could replicate it, im not here for the drinks but the cheeseburger! Once again the chef comes through with a home run. Ill be back tomorrow or the next day, its that good and its of tremendous value, im not sure how they do it. The place is a gem!“

“We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely hold future events here as they occur.“

“This place is surprisingly good! I was impressed with my server Alicia, she did an outstanding service for me and my family. I was spectical at first ( being our first time). When my 5 year old spilled his water she was so fast to clean it up. i apologize so many times and she was just so sweet the whole time. ( tip her extra). The food came out hot, and my husband really loved his tacos. This is definitely a Family friendly restaurant. Definitely coming back for my Daughter’s birthday. Outstanding restaurant overall.“

“Wandered in here on a random Friday night. Tapped beer was crisp, fresh and cold. Managed to get a really great burger with fries before the grill closed, and had more fries and cheese sticks before close. For bar food it was really good. 4 stars

The bartender Lex was funny and attentive to her customers without being obnoxious - her service and timing were fantastic. Seemed to have a good rapport with other patrons/regulars. 5 stars

The bar itself is a good size and there's a few tables but there isn't much room otherwise. They did have karaoke after 9 which was fun, but there's not really room to dance to music. The parking lot itself is small and the area is dark but there seemed to be parking out front in the street that was well lit. 3 stars.

If you're looking to talk to people, grab a seat, have some drinks and grab a bite this is good. If you're looking to dance or need a lot of space this might not be it. Recommended to be aware of your surroundings heading to the parking lot after dark.“

“We rolled up to a full house with guests waiting on their take out food. Somehow you knew it was food worthy waiting for. There was community amongst strangers in anticipation of being fed. The car ride home was plagued with the aroma of delicious food, making a 15 minute drive feel like an eternity. Once home, we grabbed forks and dug in like starved hostages. I briefly reminded myself to chew and savory the flavors and not just inhale the plate like a wild animal. Starving or not, the food was perfect! Broccoli to perfection, rice that soaked up the sauce, chicken juicy, salmon flaky and moist. Would order again!“
