“I really thought all BWs were the same. No matter where you went, they arent great, but at least they are consistent. Man, was I wrong.First off the hostess was extremely nice, and got us a seat in the bar section with no wait. Our waitress arrived within a couple of minutes. She was just as nice. She took our order promptly. Our beverages came quick, and the food in record time.Usually the wings are small, and the sauce is sparing...not at this location. For the first time that I can remember, my dry rubbed wings were actually completely covered in dry rub. They also were quite big, not like the tiny ones I usually get at the southgate location. They were cooked to perfection, in short...they were excellent.Beverage refills without asking, and in the way out we were told thank you by at least 6 staff members. I think I may have found the gem of BWs in my area.Message to corporate...Keep this staff happy, they are killing it for you guys. This should be a flagship location.“

“I had decided to stop here, at the last minute for a beverage and a snack on my way home, as I didn't have the best day. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I sat at the bar, and Mindy, the bartender, took care of me. She was most pleasant and cheerful, and though she was busy, she made everyone including me feel like they were the only customer she had. I ended up staying longer than I had planned, this is by far the best experience I've had at Applebee's, thanks to Mindy who turned my less than stellar day 180° and ended it way better than it started. My absolute favorite so far has been a cup of clam chowder and plate of fresh fried fish and fries. Not fried in overused butter nasty oil. Light crispy white fish and hand cut seasoned fries were great with a Sam Adams.Also had good ol'e standard American cheeseburger and was very well made. Perfect grill patty with standard fixings was right on point. Wife has had salads along with a chicken wrap and I have to say all looked and according to her tasted as good as my meals.Always clean floors and atmosphere is welcoming.
