I had a rough day and didn’t want to think about what I wanted to order. Just needed a drink to take the edge off. Sarah not only did all the thinking for me, but created me a special (idek what it was, mango i think?) but it was delicious and also gave me great company. Thanks for turning my day around Sarah. “My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. I was seriously impressed. It is very clean and well kept! The staff was very attentive. I had to tack on, last minute, extra pizzas and pop because I had more show up than expected. The staff made it happen quickly, didn't miss a beat! They were very nice. Happy to help us. The kids and adults had a blast! I would highly recommend. I even got compliments from other parents. Thank you Roosevelt lanes and the wonderful women and young man that took excellent care of us! It is a great memory and we'll be back!!!“

“Being a radio sales veteran and now part owner of a farm radio network, choosing a place to eat called The Broadcast Booth was a no-brainer! While I reviewed the menu before going and knew what I wanted to eat, I kept my expectations in check as this is a sports bar. But holy cow, was I surprised! The server told me that the food is all made from scratch, and that was clearly evident! My grilled salmon was fresh and spiced just right with a side of spicy pineapple salsa that paired perfectly. The smashed red potatoes had a great chunky texture. But I REALLY loved the grilled whole green beans! I think I could have had a plate of those alone and been satisfied! My server was still fairly new but you wouldn't have guessed it; she was up to speed on most things and very attentive but not overbearing. My only complaint is that I did bring a book in to read (instead of endless scrolling) and the music was VERY loud, even though there were relatively few patrons for the size of the place and being only a Thursday night. But like I said, this IS a sports bar so loud music is to be expected. Overall, one of my favorite meals while on my business travels!“

“Kristian was so insanely sweet and provided such a wonderful experience for my family and I. My son loved him and so did we! He was excellent at communicating, very personable and incredibly friendly. He also was very attentive to little details during our time at the restaurant despite having so many other customers to take (wonderful) care of.

“I went there for dinner today after a long week of work to start my birthday weekend! My birthday is tomorrow. I am handicapped and need a low table. The patio was the only low table. Next to a guy and his dog. There were 7 in all out there. It smelled like wet, nasty, dirty, need a bath, dog! I spent $42! On top of that, my waitress walked away after asking me if my Mahi Mahi tacos were made correctly and I said I clearly haven't bit into them yet, and after I asked her if she could smell wet dog. I never saw her again. Did I want another glass of wine? Was my food made correctly? I had to ask another waitress if she could grab my waitress and have her bring my bill and to go containers! Then my waitress comes and says I was just coming over. I said I never saw you since you brought my food! She again walked away! Niiiiiice customer service! Maybe she should think about another line of work! I have 38yrs of CSR experience! Maybe next time she will be worthy of a tip! She sure wasn't this time and I will not be going back to the non service dog patio or restaurant! Which is a shame as you make the Mahi Mahi tacos how I like, BJ's Brewhouse doesn't.“

“I have never been to this restaurant before. We stopped in for a quick dinner. First of all the customer service was outstanding! “Came in tonight for a girls Christmas party. Our waitress did amazing with so many women coming in at different times. She was attentive and made sure our drinks never went dry. She had just came back from a leave and with a new system, and a system error, she never acted stressed. I’m so happy we had our party at @sneakys again this year.“

“This is our 2nd time here and we love it! We've been on a slow Sunday, and a busy Thursday evening. Two different experiences for sure, but each time the server was super personable and food was amazing.
The pizza is SO good! I'm from the east coast and it reminds me of pizza I had growing up...made by Italians! You can tell whoever created the menu loves food. The combinations of tastes in each dish are so satisfying and different from a lot of other places around. We definitely plan on returning a bunch!“

“Anybody reading this, my mamaw was the barmaid there beginning in the 60s. Annie Ruth Ladd. They also lived above the bar for some time. My mother told me that she vividly remembers looking out the window and seeing the National guard going down Jefferson into Detroit. At that time, she was 9 years old. My mother grew up to work in the bar. Her name is Roseann or Rosie. I spent lots of my youth there, playing quarter machines. Rosie Also worked Square Deal. Y'all probably knew my papaw too his name was Jim Ray Boatwright and he was known in River Rouge as being one of the Town drunks lol God rest his soulCan't wait to stop in and reminisce!Also, if anybody knew my family or can share stories, please let me know. “This place is great. Order food ahead and pull through drive-through pick up or go in and grab. Food is same as dine in resturant but I swear costs less. Been probably 10 times and is always fast and good. We have had a couple problems with orders but the manager has gone above and beyond to make it right. Wish more places did business that way.“
