“Easter Sunday, landed here after trying Longhorn. We were all glad it worked out this way! It's a regular bar with plenty of TVs. There were some sports fans but it was not full and loud. It felt much more personal. Taya was a great server! The burgers, club sandwiches, tater tots and fries were very good. The onion rings were overdone but tasted fine. My drinks were not shy on the rum. They were out of desserts. We were full but some of us would have had a sweet just to top off the outing. I didn't see any regular height tables or chairs. I'd like to recommend that they add a regular height table or 2 for folks that need that accommodation. Thankfully, my elderly parents were able to sit in the high backed chairs that we exchanged from the bar. We really appreciate the experience and will be here again.“

“Stopped by to celebrate our 45th anniversary. Our first time here, burger was perfect for me. My husband had the Cajun chicken sandwich. He said it was very tasty. Food was hot when served. Waitress was very pleasant and quick. tonight was karaoke too. We will be back.“

“I only had a sandwich and some mozzarella sticks but those were good and other people seemed happy with their meals - but mostly here to say the atmosphere / service at this place is unmatched. Amy & Heather who I got the opportunity to have as bartenders and servers both times I came (and they’re sisters! How fun) both went beyond the call of normal service. This place was the closest nearby spot to an emergency vet I took my dog to after an attack. I was obviously a bit solemn when I came in the first time for lunch and immediately they asked me if I was okay and both came around the bar to hug me when tears started welling and listened to my story and showed so much care and compassion for my poor doggy. When I came back a week later they recognized me IMMEDIATELY and asked how my boy was doing and were overjoyed when I said he’s healing well and getting stitched up today. I also wanted to come back to get their names just so I could be sure to mention them by name in a review because they certainly deserve it. Outside of that, clearly they (and the rest of the staff here) have compassion and familiarity with mostly everyone who walked in the door. They impressively remembered names, usual orders, and asked specific questions about peoples’ lives (and I was sitting at the bar for a long time while I waited for my dog both times and got to witness LOTS of interactions) - all were overwhelmingly positive. I love love LOVE this place. I live in Detroit and rarely come to the suburbs unless I need to - but I might have to start making Mr. Joe’s a regular stop ❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“My first visit to enjoy a large half pound burger. Cooked perfectly to order, medium. Not dried out like jerky! Every inch of wall space is dedicated to video monitors. This is a serious “sports bar and grill”! Too many screens to count. Excellent service.“

“This place is so cool! The food was very good and I can’t wait to go back for it. They also have a surprisingly delicious margarita. My fiends and I got a margarita tower which was so much fun! They also have DRAFT old fashions!!!! Crazy. But also very good. This place is perfect for friends, night out with coworkers, and has a unique but perfect layout for game days. “The Hideout shocked me, i drove by for many years and figured it was a hole/little bar. When I walked in the interior was very nice. So the business end of the review, i had a cheeseburger with grilled onions and it was so darn good I was shocked. I came back the following night it was so good hoping they could replicate it, im not here for the drinks but the cheeseburger! Once again the chef comes through with a home run. Ill be back tomorrow or the next day, its that good and its of tremendous value, im not sure how they do it. The place is a gem!“

“Took my family to dinner here we had excellent service and were seated quickly. My daughter tried the new dirty soda and loved it! We split the appetizer sampler and it was delicious. Both my kids got kids meals and my husband got a steak meal which came out cooked a perfect medium rare and his sides were hot (which isn’t common these days). I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp which never disappoints; came out hot and tender. We also decided to try the new apple pie dessert and I was sooo good I highly recommend.“

“My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. I was seriously impressed. It is very clean and well kept! The staff was very attentive. I had to tack on, last minute, extra pizzas and pop because I had more show up than expected. The staff made it happen quickly, didn't miss a beat! They were very nice. Happy to help us. “Just came to say I enjoy the time I spend at the Wintergarden. The Wednesday wings are great and I get them almost EVERY Wednesday, the Sunday half off pizza is also a great deal and quite tasty. The service is usually good, but it depends on who is working. I am usually there during happy hour so my review is based on that. I have three bartenders I particulary like to see, Brei, who unfortunately for me, has branched out to better herself and is not there so often anymore, Alison, who knows my wing order by heart, and Sam who kicks butt and takes great care of me.“
