We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely hold future events here as they occur.
Waiter didn’t return all my change back that was owed. I completely believe that was done deliberately and it wasn’t a mistake based on how he came across. Pizza was ok but hardly had any sauce. We actually thought it was missing at first. Won’t be back.
We hosted a holiday party at Shields of Troy yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. The food was delicious, the service was great, and everyone had a good time. Thank you to Shields!
