We held a small bridal shower today at the Troy location. We, as organizers live several hours from Troy so had to make arrangements over the phone and sigh unseen. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming appearance. Rick was wonderful in assisting in every way possible, table set up, reducing the music in the back room, refreshing beverages and more. The food was excellent. And the prices very reasonable. We will definitely hold future events here as they occur.
We hosted a holiday party at Shields of Troy yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. The food was delicious, the service was great, and everyone had a good time. Thank you to Shields!
I love the food here and the servers are always hustling, but his place is chronically understaffed and the noise level is too loud, my wife and I went here on Tuesday night about 6 for dinner, walked in and there was no one at the server stand to greet us, I waited a couple minutes and then a waitress came over to seat us, she immediately came back and took our drink orders and told us someone else would be are server but she would take drink orders, drinks came quickly, server...read full review
