I wish they can give all of my order at same time
I accidentally sent my order to a different Starbucks and was on a time crunch since I was on my lunch break, the nice blonde young lady (I wish I had asked for her name!) was so accommodating and remade the order at the location I was already at, as long as I called the other store to cancel it. So so kind, I was flustered and a bit panicked and this very much helped. I love this location!
If I could’ve given them more stars, I would have. The staff at this Starbucks is so kind, patient and helped me get my order after the app failed to place it but still reloaded my card (I place my orders this way consistently too). They quickly jumped on the order and made it while I was waiting in line, I felt horrible, but they were so reassuring and honestly made a what has been a really shitty week end a bit better than it probably would have.
