I can’t even give a one star on this location. We ordered 2 venti 3pumps white mocha and a breakfast sandwich. We even corrected the order on the screen and guess what they gave us the regular 5pumps white mocha. It’s too sweet and I can’t drink it. I think it is amazing that 9 out of 10 times they can’t get these drinks right no matter what state we are in. Why, I don’t understand. We were visiting a family member in Michigan and heading back home so can’t even turn around to get it corrected. Spend over $20 on drinks that we can’t even drink. I shall never go to Starbucks again.

While I was in the drive thru this morning 3/10/24 my car was hit by an employee bringing out the garbage. She hit my car hard. I looked at her. She tried to pretend she didn’t do it and walk away. When I yelled that she hit my car she yelled sorry and took off! When I reported it at the window nothing was done. I find this ridiculous! Why would they not get a manager ? Absolutely the worse service ever!

The lady was extremely rude tonight I think she was racist the way she treated me I don’t usually have bad experiences at starbucks but tonight they made me wait an extra long time for a grande dragon refresher drink and when I tried to explain to her that I wanted bento she raised her voice at me and just had a bad attitude so I told her nvm THUMBS DOWN ?

I asked for a Carmel macchiato, warm. The cashier asked what type of warm, child warm?? What does that even mean? Hot is always hot and warm is warm. All adults know this! Told her just make it hot. This is not rocket science. After drink was ready just asked for a couple of cubes of ice. ?Glad I wasn’t asked how many a couple is Vegetarian options: Milk substitutions for drinksDietary restrictions: Coconut milk instead for lactose intolerance

What a great spot to grab some nice cup of coffee or chai latte. Especially in the times of New Year’s holidays when there are special treats on the menu, like Gingerbread oat milk chai latte.Or a regular oatmilk chai latte, with a shot of espresso. Both tasted superb. Place was spacious and clean and the service is excellent, fast and friendly.

Don’t come here, this place is a MESS. Staff is so cluelesss and disorganized. I waited one hour for my drink last time I was here….
Service is very slow! Be prepared. And also overpriced for the quality of beverages

This is the most annoying Starbucks! Multiple times I’ve gone in, nothing is available after I’ve ordered through the app. Then substitutes are also not available. I’ve now had to have had 4 different orders refunded because of this. Now the store closes 20-30mins before they say they close.
