“I moved here in March and I’m still working on finding my new local go to spots. It’s my first time here and this is going to be my #1 go to diner/Coney Island.
It’s a family run business and it’s obvious that they work hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses are genuinely kind and you can tell they care about their customer.

The food was really good! It came out quick, the portions were generous, and if you like hash browns you won’t be sorry!! I’m a big coffee gal and my coffee was never empty, always hot, and as a VERY rare treat, the coffee is actually really good.

Lastly, the restaurant is clean and well maintained. It is obvious they take pride in what they do and are dedicated to making a great experience.

“I want to sincerely thank the owner and staff at Kerby’s Koney Island in Warren for their kindness and compassion. Recently, before I had to say goodbye to my dog Kerby, I stopped in and met the owner — such a genuinely nice guy — who kindly took a moment to let us capture something truly special.

That moment — a simple photo of me, my son, Kerby, and one of their wonderful waiters — has become one of my most treasured memories. It’s a reminder of kindness, community, and how the smallest gestures can mean the world to someone going through something difficult.

A little backstory: I actually named my dog Kerby because he’s part dachshund, and I thought it’d be funny and fitting to name him after a hot dog — and after the best Koney Island around. (And yes, before anyone asks, I know there’s a Kirby vacuum cleaner. He wasn’t named after that, though he did inhale snacks pretty fast. And no, not the little pink video game character either — his name is proudly spelled K-E-R-B-Y.)

“We hosted my toddlers birthday party here last month. We had an excellent experience. The food was ready right on time and delicious. We had multiple servers who were so attentive and kind. I don’t think anyone had an empty glass at any point. It was a Saturday evening with a packed bar and we couldn’t even tell in the side room. We will absolutely host another event there in the future!“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. I totally recommend this place and I will be back.“

As we both had the Spinach Artichoke Dip for appetizer then ordered the fantastic Grilled Chicken Salad, and the scrumptious French Onion Soup! “I always order the chicken kebab dinner when I go to Leo’s. It comes with two very large skewers of chicken. The chicken is cooked perfectly. High-quality and taste delicious. It is also served with delicious rice and french fries if you would like. You get coleslaw and pita bread with it it’s very fairly priced. When you get the order to go, it is always packaged perfectly. They take into consideration everything they never leave anything out. Everything is wrapped in cellophane so it doesn’t drip all over the bag. They really do a great job on carryout at Leo’s Coney Island. I have never sat inside this location to eat I only get food to go. And that chicken kebab is the only thing I’ve ordered. It’s really nice that they give you two large skewers of chicken. I’ve never been to a place that gives you two as a standard order, you always have to order the second one on the side. It’s a nice touches like that that makes Leo’s Coney Island, a great place!!“

“I'm really not a fast food person, but I heard their ribs were good, so I figured I'd try it out. The staff was fantastic. That is something you usually don't find in a fast food restaurant. They seem eager to serve. The onion rings were good, but not a lot of onion in them. The batter was really good. The ribs for good for fast food restaurant. I thought I tasted a little char on the ribs. I heard their broasted chicken is very good. I don't know if I'll go back and try it or not. The price is right, and they give you so much food, they had to staple the box shut.“
