I handed the gentleman a $20 and he gave me $10 and a quarter back for change. Very good food, decent atmosphere, friendly service, and it is much higher quality and cheaper than any fast food. So you really cannot best it.“

Two five piece chicken tender meals both with a pop and then ordered a burger on the side, through the app saved five extra bucks with my points and we only paid $14.82. you can't beat that these days. Anywhere. And they were quick and my order was ready when I got there. Food was also very good.“

He brought out my daughters shake himself and handed it to her before our order was up. “I ordered from Uber Eats this morning and they were out of a few of the ingredients to make some of the items I ordered. I called and I'm not sure who I spoke to but they were so kind and helpful with replacing items and such. When I received my food there was a note inside from Pam, the manager, and it was very nice to see someone put forth the effort to solve the issue without a hassle and then leave me a hand written apology in my bag. Pam, you are great and I hope this company does whatever they can to keep you around. You make potentially bad experiences surprisingly pleasant. I appreciate you Pam. “This Wendy's is hands down the best around . From when you walk in .. to ordering your food.. very clean very professional. The speed at which you get your food is insane. And always fresh even the fries.. never had cold fries there. I can't say enough good things about this Wendy's and it's staff. If their is an award for the corporation for best Wendy's this place deserves it.“

“I thought the service was great, especially for the time of day I was there (*around 4:30am - when Most people don't want to be at work!) The food came out fairly quick, but as I was the only customer there (+ it was pretty slow around that time of the night/morning) it meant they had to make everything fresh when I ordered it; which it was ALL very fresh & very hot! They did forget my cheesecake, but I always check my bag of food upon leaving the drive through at any place! & when I went back 4 it they apologized. They also gave me 4 regular Jalapeno cheeseburgers instead of 2 doubles ?... unless I accidentally ordered the wrong combo number ??‍♀️.But Otherwise, everything was great! I thought the mozzarella cheese steaks were just fantastic ? & I really appreciated the staff being so friendly and upbeat at that time of the day as well?? ??I'd absolutely ? go back to that location- even if it wasn't Necessarily, the closest to me.“

“I was nearby and had to use the bathroom. Stopped for lunch to use the bathroom. Staff was very friendly. One young man had to unlock the door for me. Nothing but kindness. Gave young lady my order. Pleasant smile and was engaging. Order was done quickly and tasted great. Not what I was expecting. This is a great place to stop at.“

“I havent been to bk in quite a while due to a bad experiences my last few times. But… I had been craving the wraps …so I caved. I’m glad I did. It was quite busy there. Despite it being busy the staff/service was still fast, efficient and friendly. The food was correct, hot and delicious n I had a decent sized order. (feeding 4 adults) I really like the manager on the evening shift. He runs things smooth there, his staff are all kind, hard working and communicative between themselves and customers. (Plus I think he’s sexy lol ?) All around great experience tho! I usually don’t leave reviews on fast food cause all across the board in the industry esp in southeast Michigan the service/food industry, take out or delivery is terrible now. Workers are rude, food and service quality are non existent so I think it’s important to show up for those that do take pride in their jobs. I am a Fed ex delivery driver so I understand the life of a laborer/service oriented job. My customers are my number 1 priority always!
