“We rolled up to a full house with guests waiting on their take out food. Somehow you knew it was food worthy waiting for. There was community amongst strangers in anticipation of being fed. The car ride home was plagued with the aroma of delicious food, making a 15 minute drive feel like an eternity. Once home, we grabbed forks and dug in like starved hostages. I briefly reminded myself to chew and savory the flavors and not just inhale the plate like a wild animal. Starving or not, the food was perfect! Broccoli to perfection, rice that soaked up the sauce, chicken juicy, salmon flaky and moist. Would order again!”

“I went to the Middle Eats on Eureka Rd in Southgate after the gym. My doctor put me a pretty restrictive diet due to my diabetes. I admit I was kind of apprehensive walking in because it’s been a real chore to stick to it when I have to eat out. I walked in and a young lady named Kayla R was at the counter. I apologized to her saying I need to ask questions about my order and I’m on dietary restrictions. She was incredibly nice and understanding. She asked me what I could and couldn’t eat and even made suggestions on how to make my meal that would comply to the restrictions. She even said she could make a phone call to find the exact ingredients of the sauce if I wanted her to. I was so impressed. In the end I got a bowl that complied to the dietary restrictions and it was very good. The other employees were also making suggestions and when I apologized for being a pain they all said they were happy to help. This wasn’t my first time there and it definitely won’t be my last. I can’t express my gratitude on how they all went totally out of their way to accommodate me. Thank you Kayla and staff!”

“Went here for the first time with my daughter, who is a coffee aficionado. We both loved the decor of the place. It’s quite beautiful and the menu offers so much variety that I wasn’t familiar with, I know I’ll be back. Our coffees were unique, and the pastries were tasty. I’ve seen others complain about the price but we paid about $20 for two coffees two pastries and that includes a tip. I don’t think that’s unreasonable in today’s world and it’s so much better than chain coffee shops.”

It was very salty which I can only attribute to the rice since it’s chicken based the rest was grilled pork and fresh vegetables. I gave up half way thru just couldn’t handle the salty taste. “I would like to thank Daily Dozen at the 15 Mile store and Noelle who SAVED my daughter’s grad party yesterday! I ordered 8 dozen another shop closer to me who “forgot” about my order when I went to pick it up after confirming twice. The customer service was awful and I left in tears. I remembered a coworker of mine who is a loyal customer to the Daily Dozen and remembered how good the donuts were. I pulled it up online to see where the closest location was. About 30 mins from my home, but so worth it! My sister-in-law and I walked in the store and I was still choked up and had tears in my eyes in a panic. Noelle to the rescue! I told her I needed to create a donut wall and she helped me pick out six dozen of the cutest donuts and everything that would hang well. It looked absolutely perfect, all the guests commented on how amazing they were, and all 6 dozen were gone by the end of the night! So, THANK YOU!”

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. “5 stars! The entire crew on 6/20/26 @ 11 am. I originally orders sides from here and chicken from somewhere else just trying to save a few bucks, it back and the place with chicken failed me. I came in and asked them how quick if possible at all they could do a decent size order of chicken. Nobody was annoyed as most probably would be, it was the exact opposite from the counter to the cooks they all said “no problem we can start it now” they were extremely nice from the second i walked in and even nicer somehow after they heard my situation.”

They have a back room for private parties or meetings that is easy to book (you just ask). Our organization has used it many times. I recommend this place for a friendly, informal lunch or dinner.”

The staff are nice, the menu has so many options. They have savory, slightly sweet options. I did mot have spicy this time but... I want to. They have a bar but I did not have anything but I would love to see what cocktails they have. They have a flavorful tea, I needed sugar but boyfriend had as is. The vegetables were amazing and the chicken feet were a new experience but I now know, enjoyed and plan on eating again. They have small plate offerings so great for families, meeting, get together, dates and more. It is pretty accessible. The parking lot is a little tricky but I have seen much worse and if you have a walking disability would say the sides of the entrance don't have as much of an angle. The bathrooms have enough room for a wheelchair. I would rate the bathroom 8/10. Chinese Broccoli was juicy, tender and flavorful, Dim sum was great, the dumpling/buns are both must haves and next time we go back I will want more of each.”

“Thai Star is a small and quaint spot with a relaxed, no-frills atmosphere. While the décor feels a bit outdated, it adds to the charm of an established local restaurant that focuses on what truly matters — good food at reasonable prices.

Each meal comes with a spring roll and soup, both of which were absolutely delicious. I ordered the Pad Cashew with added water chestnuts, and it was incredible — I’ve been craving it ever since. My partner had the Pad Prik with shrimp, which was also great, though I’d recommend trying it with beef instead for a richer flavor.

The service was decent, though not particularly warm, but the quality and taste of the food more than made up for it. Overall, Thai Star is a great date spot and a perfect choice for anyone who values authentic, flavorful Thai food over fancy presentation.”

“TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I saw the review about the lady that has the double vasectomy claiming the employees tried fighting her and called her the word with the hard R. I was there while this situation happened, not only did the young lady (I believe her name was Lina?) not say that word, she was also quiet calm and collected until the customer started harassing the entire staff. The customer asked for extra onions, the young lady said I put extra on there and the customer asked for more, the young lady said ok. After cashing out the order the customer than claimed that she felt she was disrespected and that she wanted to talk to a manager about the staffs attitude. I told her to just call corporate and complain because I was next and I wanted to cash out and leave. The customer decided to escalate and call the staff trashy and young kids with no respect. The customer was way out of line, and she started bringing up “the customer is always right” . That’s not true. I own multiple businesses and the customer is not always right, Especially when you start disrespecting staff. Anyways I’ve been here multiple times and Delon (I believe his name, the man in the picture) and the rest of the staff are so dang friendly. Very very fast, and very respectful. It’s a shame that grown women would lie just to try to get a free Sandwhich. JERSEY MIKES ON 12 and mound, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE METRO DETROIT AREA!!! ❤”

“Great pizza, great people, great service. Nono's pizza is a little bit different than most other pizza places; the pizza is more subtle and soothing. It's not a flavorbomb going to explode in your mouth, it's a steady, relaxed, pleasant trickle of flavor, and that's a good thing. It's a refreshing change of pace. My theory is Nono's relies less on salt and sugar additives, which brings the natural flavors more to the forefront. After enjoying some of Nono's pizza, I feel more calm and relaxed than anything. Good to see a fusion restaurant in warren.I see some people complaining that the chicken was dry but to tell you the truth that's an issue with a lot of Mediterranean restaurants I have been to, even the really fancy ones. Unless you tell them to cook the chicken medium rare or medium they tend to cook it well done.They can maybe add a little bit more salt to the chicken though.Their portions are not the largest but since the prices are relatively low you can always pay a little extra to have the portions increased.Let's also see if they add more items on their menu. I would love to see more fusion items. I know they are new so they probably don't want to clutter their menu with too many things right now.”

I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!”

“Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, clean kitchen. Host was really nice and accommodating! My dad wanted warm drinking water and he provided that as well. We had chicken jalfrezi, white rice, naan and chicken shikh kabab. The jalfrezi was great, it’s a tomato based stir fry, very tasty. Naan was soft and fluffy. This is my second time here and both times the experience has been great, food quality, price, service! Also, their menu is not cluttered and well understood.”
