My first introduction to Menchies was in Vancouver, WA and I was quickly hooked on this new concept and yummy frozen yogurt. I was thrilled when they came to Albuquerque and bought $10 gift cards for each of my 26 nieces and nephews as a way to offer them a Menchies treat on their birthdays. We recently moved to Warren / Sterling Heights area and it became our to go place for ice cream. It is a very enjoyable fun place with nice atmosphere, pleasant professional staff and good environment. Frozen yogurt is delicious and there is a large selection of toppings. Since they reopened after the pandemic, they have gloves, sanitizers and ask that you use a new spoon for each topping. I love coming to this Menchies and I always have. Today I felt even safer coming here when I witnessed an awesome employee NOT allow a group of teenagers to be inside without proper masks! They came in and, despite the signs saying a mask is required, and tried to pull their shirts up over their noses as a “mask”. I couldn’t hear what this employee said but she was very clearly politely asking them to leave without proper masks. I will ALWAYS appreciate this- she truly cares...read full review
