Tipsy McStaggers is a fantastic place with really good food and awesome atmosphere. The trashcans are recommended. The reuben egg rolls are a favorite dish, even for those who don't like swiss or corned beef. The service is great, with one lady managing everything efficiently. The staff is welcoming, and the service is quick. If the main parking lot is full, there is a bigger lot just east of the restaurant.
