“I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“

“Got the Chicken Pad Thai..With extra chicken and egg along with 3 spring rolls. Was a little pricey, probably because I had them add extra but I like it that way. Nice spice level, medium + is where I tend to like it. Food was ready as soon as I go there. Was hot and delicious.“

“This place is such a treasure. My husband and I have been regulars for years, so Henry knows our orders by heart. We now take our son there, and he loves it just as much. ❤ The pho broth is so refreshing, and I always get lots of veggies.“

“I was told about Breakaway Deli by a fellow realtor, Mike Nafsou. He raved about it and told me I had to go! I'm very glad he did b/c this place is awesome! You know you've found a good deli when you get there at noon and the place is PACKED! Line nearly out the door! If you show up and its busy DON'T leave, because the service is awesome and they will make sure you still get your order in a very timely fashion. Oh and the food... Outstanding! Fresh bread, great meats all topped with a delicious dressing. I had the #21 Italian Sub. Needless to say I'll be stopping in as often as I can to try out more of their food.“

“I’ve been here probably over 100 times with my husband and 5 kids. But today Nicholas the server had me in awe of how well his service was to me and my family. Even my husband took note of his calm demeanor and excellent attitude and character. He made sure our order was perfect and never skipped a beat with the salad/breadsticks and drinks! We appreciated his willingness to do his best and make sure everything was perfect! The managers are always great here too! They take care of everyone all the time! Thanks, always for taking care of a big family like ours!“

“we had my daughter's baby shower here and we had a great experience, from the beginning. the staff is friendly and accommodating and the brunch was amazing! I would definitely recommend them for an event or just to have a nice meal in a comfortable atmosphere“

“Ya know I can't really say alot about this place because I order the same thing every time...chicken shwarma. What I can tell you is its absolutely awesome. And the portions are incredible too. The young men, and young lady that I deal with on the phone and @ the counter are always friendly, helpful, and and accommodating as I personalize my meal. (No parsley, lol).

Every meal has been delicious and plentiful . On occasion I have had guests and they were happy with their meals also .
The family that owns and operates this wonderful restaurant are always kind and pleasant .

“I came here for the first time today. It was so good! having tried a lot of the Chinese restaurants in the area and being disappointed, I was pleasantly surprised! Food was hot and tasted fresh. The inside is very nicely decorated and super clean. The woman that took my order was very kind and personable. I plan to try more items in the future.“

“Tonight my family and I came in. We were seated right away. After being greeted our server/bartender Tony presented the menu to us since we have never been there. The service from there on out was phenomenal! Tony was attentive, personable, and just awesome all around! Thank you for the awesome night! We will be back! We will be requesting him when we do!“

“Our office did a catering order today at the Panera location in Sterling Heights (cafe #600916). ordering was super efficient on the site and I was able to label every order with a name to avoid confusion. They called the day before the verify. When I picked up the order, it was ready and correct! They made the order easy to carry to my car as well. I was very impressed with their efficiency!“
