“I need to take a second here and give major kudos to the team at Panera in Bloomfield township, MI. So my family orders here a lot, my kids love the mac and cheese and I love carbs, so it’s a win-win. We had an order delivered a week or two ago and I happened to notice that the bread bowl (best part tbh) was missing. I called the store, they were very polite and offered to send a voucher in the mail to offset the cost and inconvenience. No problem, that’ll work. Fast forward to today and we ordered again. At the top of the bag was a huge box of cookies with the note, “Voucher already went out in the mail. Enjoy some cookies on us!” THAT is what customer service is all about. They not only remembered or had documented our missed item from the last order, they went above and beyond to proactively tell us that they appreciate us! I’m just unbelievably impressed and thought that whomever reads this should know that even when faced with an honest mistake, this team went above and beyond to impress and take great care of their customers. Great job and thanks again!“

“Our family of five just wrapped up dinner and everything was phenomenal. We tried a couple of the appetizers, vegan pho, the wonton pho and stir fry with all the meat options in one. Everyone left satisfied and with leftovers. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Food came out quickly and was piping hot.

Tucked away in a strip mall, it has a modern interior with an open ceiling design and black walls decorated with various Georgian paintings and costumes. The food is very well seasoned and came out fast. The menu is rather small, but everything on there is delicious.“

You know you've found a good deli when you get there at noon and the place is PACKED! Line nearly out the door! If you show up and its busy DON'T leave, because the service is awesome and they will make sure you still get your order in a very timely fashion. Oh and the food... Outstanding! Fresh bread, great meats all topped with a delicious dressing. I had the #21 Italian Sub. Needless to say I'll be stopping in as often as I can to try out more of their food.“

The First time coming here I just done traveling and eating here was a great idea to end my trip!Second time was as good the first,even got some time to read my book. Third time I just got done at the Renaissance faire and wanted to enjoy unlimited soup and salad. Be careful though while I was waiting for a table a couple reserved a table online but the app was not showing there reservation.The Salad was amazing and I recommend the Minestrone soup! My waitress was amazing and sadly I didn't get her name otherwise I would have given her a shout out. With that said if you are in the area definitely give this Olive Garden a visit.“

“On Oct 21, 2026, My friends mom and I visited your establishment for lunch. Due to a recent fall and health issues, I had my seated 4 wheel walker with me.( I am 60, and my friend 79). Ava, a beautiful, friendly, and very customer oriented server/hostess went above and beyond to accommodate my physical incapacitated afflictions. She directed us to a booth since my concern was sitting on hard chairs due to my injuries. I didn't want my walker to inconvenience any traffic flow, and Ava immediately offered a close location out of staff and customers way yet within reach for me to retrieve. My first visit back to Olive Garden is once again memorable. The ordering suggestions that Ava made to keep myself within budget were superb. My guest and I enjoyed the soup, the salad, the bread sticks and shared an appetizer of the 5 meatballs. Top Notch delicious food as always, yet, our hostess/server made it extra special. For her age, it is so nice to see someone who enjoys their job, makes customers feel special, and checks on them with that continuously smiling, friendly, genuine attitude. She needs to be recognized for the valued employee she is! As a nonpaid reviewer, I acknowledge and promote services and the people who stand out. Positive recognition deserves to be acknowledged. “The owner was our cook waiter and everything all in one! Tell u what he is the NICEST guy have ever met in my life. My coworkers and I all received completely gifts to take back to work w us. “Great food and service! Me and my auntie didn't know where to sit, but they told us to sit anywhere. The only small negative is that the waitress gave me the wrong order by mistake, but at least I got my exact order after that. That's the only negative but overall it was a great service from me a first time customer.“

“I love the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, and that's why I come to Panera.
So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.
Everything was as expected, and I will be back in the future.“

“Some gave a rating of 3.3, impossibly incorrect. I decided to try anyway. The place was clean, customers were in chairs, so crowed that I couldn’t find a parking space. I ordered my carry out food, beautiful presentation, NOT SALTY, clean taste, Not greasy, cannot be MSG, because I would have gotten sick. So I will highly recommend this restaurant!
