“I need to take a second here and give major kudos to the team at Panera in Bloomfield township, MI. So my family orders here a lot, my kids love the mac and cheese and I love carbs, so it’s a win-win. We had an order delivered a week or two ago and I happened to notice that the bread bowl (best part tbh) was missing. I called the store, they were very polite and offered to send a voucher in the mail to offset the cost and inconvenience. No problem, that’ll work. Fast forward to today and we ordered again. At the top of the bag was a huge box of cookies with the note, “Voucher already went out in the mail. Enjoy some cookies on us!” THAT is what customer service is all about. They not only remembered or had documented our missed item from the last order, they went above and beyond to proactively tell us that they appreciate us! I’m just unbelievably impressed and thought that whomever reads this should know that even when faced with an honest mistake, this team went above and beyond to impress and take great care of their customers. Great job and thanks again!“

“In my life I never got to have the deli experience, meaning getting to go out for lunch or dinner. We grew up that we ate at home,and you ate what was prepared. Or you didn’t eat. Imagine my surprise first time at a Deli wow! To this day when I go in, what to get it all looks good. My mouth actually starts watering when I walk in. Now the main subject Breakaway Deli greeted by a wonderful person at the register, order was prepared in a timely fashion. Only to have a mouth watering to taste that beautiful sandwich! “I've been coming here for a few years now and it's still one of my favorite spots in the area. We moved farther away a few years ago but still make an effort to visit when we can because it's worth a slight drive!

Over the years and even with inflation, the prices are still very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants in the area. The food is consistently good and fresh. We've been to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area but this one is still the best for pho. The broth is so rich and satisfying. I've never once gotten mushy noodles that taste like they've been sitting too long. Even after the pandemic, which caused a quality decrease in many places I used to like, didn't seem to impact the food here. Never had a problem with service either; it's just a pleasant, problem-free meal every time we come.

We've brought many of our family and friends here for a meal and they've always had a good time too. I hope this place stays open a long time!“

“I noticed the all-you-can-eat promotion but knew I wouldn’t eat that much, so I went with a smaller plate instead. I ordered the cheese tortellini with Alfredo and chicken, but it was disappointing. There wasn’t enough sauce, and the flavor was off, way too salty. The chicken didn’t taste great either, and I wasn’t even given the option to choose grilled chicken. The breadsticks were just average.

I’ve seen better feedback on their red sauce dishes, so maybe those are a safer choice. I was also let down that they don’t offer pesto or cacio e pepe, which are usually my go-to options.“

“I come here often for lunch because it's conveniently only 2 minutes from my job, and I am so lucky this place is so close because I have always gotten great service and great food here from chef Robert. “Great value for the money. Well priced. I ordered the Endless Soup, Bread, and Salad Lunch meal for less than $11:00. Choice of 4 types of soup. My favorite was Pasta e Fagioli which was a delicious red and white bean soup with pasta - delicious. With this deal you get to try 4 different soups. My partner tried the Lasagna and was well pleased. Good bang for the buck, this is much better deal than burger, fries, and a drink! I will be visiting more often.“

“I love the Coolidge café. It’s a great spot for breakfast and lunch. Staff is always friendly and very attentive. Prices are very fair for their generous portions. Their Chicken Lemon rice soup is my favorite. It’s a classic spot to enjoy a great meal.“

So today, I did the Pick Two option, and in addition to my half of a Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich, I added a bowl of Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. It was also nice that when I asked for water, she provided me with a cup, free of charge, to fill at the drinking station.
Everything was as expected, and I will be back in the future.“

“I've occasionally ordered take-out from this place and on my last visit decided to dine in. The dining area was spacious and busy with othwrs also enjoying their meals.

The food was fresh and tasty as expected. The hostess and waitress were attentive amd served well. Some argument erupted in the kitchen that was loud and distracting. The hostess continued as if it wasn't happening. The diners and waitress certainly noticed.“
