The only small negative is that the waitress gave me the wrong order by mistake, but at least I got my exact order after that. That's the only negative but overall it was a great service from me a first time customer.“

“Our family of five just wrapped up dinner and everything was phenomenal. We tried a couple of the appetizers, vegan pho, the wonton pho and stir fry with all the meat options in one. Everyone left satisfied and with leftovers. The staff were friendly, helpful and patient. Food came out quickly and was piping hot.

“Summertime Fresh bar was a great experience. We ordered the soba tofu wrap and the garden veggie wrap. Both were very filling, fresh, and extremely delicious. We also tried the avocado toast which was one of the best I’ve had. I’m a volume eater, and believe me, I did not leave hungry. The owner, Curtis, was very gracious and took his time to answer all of our questions and give additional information. It was money well spent and I really look forward to a return trip!“

If you were to lower your prices and speed up service this would be a no brainier.I hate to see good business' fail for silly reasons especially if it's as simple as someone giving them honest feedback.It can be difficult to give good people negative feedback. “I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The snafu's haven't been catastrophic by any means but small minor mistakes. And she always goes out of her way to make things right. Reviews are not always for what that company got wrong but are also for giving the praise to someone who deserves it & I feel Corinna deserves it. I hope Panera Bread appreciates her & rewards her accordingly for excellent customer service!!“

“My server was amazing as for the hostess with black hair at the front, is by far the rudest host I’ve dealt with. A host is supposed to be the welcoming smile at the front that makes you feel comfortable with dining there. She wasn’t, didn’t smile at us, didn’t welcome us in. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years, never once have I as a host, server and now restaurant manager, almost ran into a customer then told them to watch out, so rude about it too, no smile no apology. Without a good impression at the front. Its not so much the words as the way they are said especially when dealing with customers!!“
