I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. The staff working on 11 August 5:16 pm were so incredibly kind, accidentally dropped my order and they gave the replacement right away. Made my whole day!
Always great soup, salad and sandwich options. They're all so delicious sounding, I always have a hard time ordering. Never leave without some pastries. Love their refillable and exotic iced teas. Had the blackberry hibiscus.
