I frequent this Panera Bread restaurant often when I visit my mom. I have had a couple snafu's on different occasions (as one does with any restaurant, such as a missing drink or chicken not being put on the side) & Corinna, the manager, has always helped me out with them with kindness, understanding, & patience. Great food even when going closer to closing time, staff was very kind. The eating/working area could be a touch warmer, but overall good experience.
The staff working on 11 August 5:16 pm were so incredibly kind, accidentally dropped my order and they gave the replacement right away. Made my whole day!
