We always use the drive through and they are super quick and efficient. The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The bread is so good. Just the right amount of crisp to the crust and moistness inside. The meats and cheeses and topping are clearly fresh daily and they don't drown the sandwich with sauces, oils, mustard or whatever. They do a great job of getting the right balance. Yesterday I placed a rather large online order for my staff at my clinic. After picking it up and returning, I had noticed that one of the sandwiches and a mac n cheese had been forgotten. So I called to let them know, and informed them that I would be unable to make the trip back, but would be willing to pay for delivery if they could bring it to me. I walk up to the door they dont do orders inside the store only drive through, i go through the drive through they say you can only order online pick up. You want to make money as a business you gotta take any order the way it is. Shouldn't have to be a specific way to place an order or you cant be served. Whats the point of the drive through then?
