Food was very average. Prices a bit high but staff was nice
Some gave a rating of 3.3, impossibly incorrect. I decided to try anyway. The place was clean, customers were in chairs, so crowed that I couldn’t find a parking space. I ordered my carry out food, beautiful presentation, NOT SALTY, clean taste, Not greasy, cannot be MSG, because I would have gotten sick. So I will highly recommend this restaurant!

Empress Gardens | Chinese offers a range of experiences. The food is described as simply amazing, with almond chicken, egg rolls, and wonton soup noted as delicious. Other dishes like General TSO chicken and Hong Kong Steak are cooked perfectly, nice and tender, and seasoned to perfection. The food is pretty good and consistent, though some find it hit or miss, with pepper steak sometimes bland. Since COVID, the food is not as good as before and portion sizes have decreased. The dining area is spacious and busy. The hostess and waitress are attentive, though a loud argument in the kitchen was distracting. A common complaint is only having shrimp egg rolls, with no chicken or veggie option for those with allergies.
